I would also look into torrents cause I don't think mirc is going to work with the bots unless the 2 main large servers come back which I don't think
they will this year. They have a download limit for the main bot so if the others don't come back, it's gonna be fucked. Apparently it costs a lot of
$ to run that bot, i can't imagine Bigfan's bot, how much that one cost.
There is also newsgroups that you can get it from which is a complicated mess. Torrents are good for BBUK but for BBOZ, a lot of people don't seed and download and jet so the seeds run out really quick. But I guess if IRC gives out then everyone will be torrent seeding anyways so it won't matter I guess. I do remember 2 summers ago, they were freaking out at how many people downloading and it was shut down for a while, everyone went to torrents for a good while cause they'd queue the download limit to the max quickly for the day. That's why I recommend backups. Like for BBUK use http://www.uknova.com It's a great torrent site for BBUK. |

And also there should be 14 housemates entering the first night with 4 more entering in the week. Plus they've made some changes to the compound, looks like a House Next Door to me.  |

I am getting worried about IRC since it seems every day it gets more crowded, but for me it is the quickest way to get episodes. I wasn't on it two summers
ago (I torrented BBUK7) but last summer there were little to no problems.

Anyway, I'm up for any change they can throw out. The "I don't think so" sounds kinda young/cheeky/teeny boppy to me. So, if I had to guess I would say that they are filling it with playful Aleisha/Zach types after their popularity. And, given my disdain of Aleisha, I'm not super excited. But, change is good. So we'll see. I still will hope for the wonderful-ness of BB3...but I doubt that greatness can never be duplicated. Reggie Rules! |

Especially at the end here when nobody is really that exciting like Blair and Ben she just is a stand out. I like Sara-Marie loads more then Jade...can't
stand Jade. However I wonder if it is the perspective considering the other people. Johnnie for instance, if he was on Survivor I would probably love, but I
totally consider him rotten in this game.

It's so tempting to have some more BB as soon as the US version ends but I'm out of school now and will have
less free time that I want to commit to show that was 2/3 shitty last season. Even worse, I still have the aftertaste of the UK version in my mouth. What with
Brian's "unexpected" win, the boredom that was the last seven weeks in that house, and unforgivably, the shitty Celeb Pandomonium Extreme or
whatever the fuck that was (which I watched the premiere of after my three months of traveling ended and walked away in disgust)...dunno, maybe both of these
nations have exhausted great casting choices, have stuck to shitty twists to promote sagging ratings, and are just too long of a time crunch. Dare I say it, I
don't know if I can go back to watcing this sorta format.
Now, pop the US rules into either of these usually superior casts and you've got a lot of moderately interesting timefiller and eliminate the IQ of 60 public from the voting...I wouldn't be able to tear myself away. |

I've always tried to look...You have to sign up for a membership to this site: acrossthetasman.com Then find the torrent thread in there and PM one of the people on the list to get a membership to this site: diwana.org It's kind of annoying but they have lots of Aussie shit. I used this site for Aussie Biggest Loser last year and the year before. |

Diwana's great because you can gain privileges/merit points for just keeping the torrent on even if you're on a shitty shared connection with no upload
speed. I used it for Celebrity Survivor: Vanuatu.
Mininova.org is the easiest solution....just search Big Brother AU and everything will be up there relatively on time and no need to register, etc...

I use mininova too with little to no problems.
Can't wait. I love a summer with the foreign BBs. Well technically they're all foreign to me since I'm tucked in, all the way down here in Canada. |

Hmm, I just read that 5 housemates will be going in on the 22nd of April, less than a week before the show actually STARTS, They will be filmed, and than
we'll be caught up with their goings on in the Live Launch when we will meet 10 more housemates.
Different.. but hopefully not this "World First" that we've been hearing about. It would be nice to see 5 Days worth of footage - but knowing AUBB they'll wrap it up into a 5 Minute Segment and wont show anything of interest. |
