Birdlady, your post from the riddles thread:
Maybe the reward challenge is 4 vs 4, with someone sitting out, and Jason offers to not participate?I think your right, with the purple and orange indicating only two teams, and Jason sits out or goes to exile. So do the lobster traps look like some sort of a water obstacle course? ETA Your post snuck in there Kona. I'm guessing teams of 4. It's a pretty elaborate reward with the plane and everything, and I'd think they would'nt want just two people to go.

In the preview Alexis, Natalie, Parvati and Cirie are alone plotting against Ozzy. It could be another time but maybe those four are a team, while Amanda,
Ozzy, James and Erik are off on their reward? With Jason at exile?

to see Ozzy win it.
It would make sense for that conversation to happen after the Reward Challenge, though. I mean, they were all just standing there, not even bothering to hide the fact that they were strategizing. They were the only four there. Plus, that would explain why Probst says Ozzy has a big lead in the challenge. A team of four girls doesn't really stand a chance against him. -April |

Ozzy clearly has an orange buff around his right arm. Can someone do some Photoshop magic to clarify Alexis' buff color? (From the preview, my impression
was that they were on the same team, that she had just gotten to this platform and so now Ozzy was taking off on the next leg.)

There are 2 colors on the platform purple and orange...my guess is two teams. Maybe someone gets a little something extra on the reward.

If that's the case, there couldn't be a worse division for Ozzy strategically.First, he shows the women they can't win challenges against the guys. Second, Cirie gets to plot and bond with Parv and her fan allies - worrying about him having the idol, worrying about him getting too close with Erik. I say if Ozzy wins immunity, then Alexis is the one forced to betray an alliance (re the clue) and Ice Cream Scooper Boy gets booted. |

"One contestant" isn't much of a date ... unless there's a island hookup involved ... TV Guide is stupid.
Teams competing, boiling down to the "best" from each team in a swim off, then they get to pick another contestant to treat to the prize. Is that what TV Guide is trying to tell us? |

But why would Alexis be waiting on the dock, if its just her and Ozzy ? And why is she looking up to the tower ?My guess is that she is looking up at the triangle area and memorizing some order of something? Then, they dive for puzzle pieces and have to put the pieces in the same order, on land, as they memorized from the triangle portion from the dock. Ozzy may be focussing on getting the pieces back, while Alexis' job may be more to help at the puzzle-end-portion, so she is taking extra time to study. One of Ozzy's teammates will have to spend as much time as Alexis, studying whatever Alexis is looking at. But, I just made that up ;) |
