as compared to the one semi for Cody.
And CUBic...I cannot wait...I'm sure we'll be getting "Sheer Genius 2" promos about halfway through this one...unless they decide "Top Design 2" comes first...which would be a complete travesty. |

Looks like this is virtually the same thing; this time they're all just out n' proud. Are they just going to homo-fy every show and make a spin-off of it? A Bravo version of American Idol or Big Brother, mm....

Well, I think this has a different "style" than "So You Think..." and also appeals to a different market/contestant.
The contestants on this show are a bit "older" and I don't really think all the tweenies are sitting on their couch at 10:00 PM to watch Miguel and James snuggle. Also, the fact that they are evaluated on group numbers, etc... I dunno, I think it's definitely different than what we've seen on my favorite summer reality tv show. |

It's totally different. SYTYCD is based 90% on pairs dancing. It's a very different skill set.

While I totally respect that it's a different show than SYTYCD...many of the dancers on this show wouldn't have even made it to Vegas, and some I
don't think would have made it to choreography round during the initial audition.
I think the show will be a mildly amusing diversion until SYTYCD returns. |

Mel B. was great. The "Plastics," oy. What is up with that Prince hair? I dunno if I'll watch it weekly, but a day long marathon some time in the future might be fine. |

Wow. Who'd ever of thought we'd see Prince competing on a dance show? I didn't find the judging so awful, though I intrinsically hate all
"judged" shows. They're always unfair. The one I thought was the worst was the one elminated.
But, damn. I do love Mel B. She injected a real dose of life into the show. I guess I did get something good out of that shitty show, Dancing with the Stars. It exposed me to her, since I missed the whole Spice Girls thing. |

I didn't expect to like this show (Heck. I didn't expect to even be watching this show.), but I caught the most recent rerun after TC tonight.
I freakin' love it. So far, Nick's my fave, closely followed by Cody and the blonde girl who won immunity. If Elizabeth Berkley can't come back for season 2, I want Mel B. to host. |

I agree I like Janelle, Nick and Cody so far. All the women except that Asian one and Janelle have been pretty underwhelming. Still love Jessica for running
off stage and then skipping back on.
