Every girl knows, or should know, that you must apply your toner AND moisturizer on your whole neck. It helps slow down visible signs of aging. Every gal from puberty onward needs a good skin ritual with really high quality skin care products. Cleanse, tone, moisturize, every morning and evening. It makes a HUGE difference as decades pass. I can pass for 35 and I am 53. I hardly have any wrinkles. Whereas my sister, who uses fucking SOAP on her face and nothing else, easily looks 20 years older than me. We looked like twins when we grew up.

Posts: 7172 (04/10/08 9:16 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	sheila's like everyone else they get to do this show---self-absorbed and shallow. she was hot ONCE----but that was 20 years ago. when all you ever had going on for you was looks, which she admits is true in her case, then when the looks go, you either live in the past or you accept reality and deal with where you are now. i'd say she falls into category A. she actually thinks she's going to do 'work' for the show after this season, and finally get that book written that's been collecting dust on some desk somewhere. neither one is going to happen. ma needs to get a real job and stop lying to herself about who and what she is. oh, and attending AA would be a good idea too.

I agree with QSF...you have to take care of the neck. But, as a woman who has horrible skin maintenance rituals...I just think I have good genes cause mine has never looked like that. Excessive tanning is the worst thing you can do for your skin. It's starting to look like Sheila's got an adam's apple. Other than that, she looks damn good for 46. It's hard to compete when you're standing next to girls in their twenties.
