I don't really think ASS should even count as a season of real survivor, so we've never seen a three tribe format (under normal circumstances, I mean, if this makes any sense). I just don't think it will be good to see three tribes go into one because I would fear a pagoning from the two smaller tribes ganging up on the larger one. Three tribes would work well with a swap around half way through the premerge and an early merge, cause it would allow for intertribal relations to form while ensuring no alliances get too close/permenant.

Once they hit the final 14, the 4 tribes will merge into 1 but with a twist. They will be turned into partners. 7 duos, In other words they will be randomly paired up for 2 weeks. They will be voted off as pairs not individuals until they reach the final 10.

A third tribe being introduced later in the game. For example, remember the China twist where Zhan Hu and Fei Long had to select the other team's strongest players? I'd love a no-tribe twist for a bit, though. If it started out with 16 all on one tribe for six days, then after two eliminations split them into two groups of seven (or even split into three groups of four after four eliminations) we'd see some true fun.

Surely a TC with 16 people would be too much. They'd have to split into random teams for the challenges, even if they were all "one tribe" (like in Ep. 9 Fiji).
