it happens a lot more often than you think. i'm a nurse and worked for an OB/GYN during part of my career. we saw this several times a year. you
don't necessarily get toxic shock from it either.
they always come in for a foul discharge. they've totally forgotten about the tampon, which has usually been jammed up even farther because they had
sex with it in there.
don't ever underestimate how dumb some people are. the worst case i saw, the tampon had been inside this moron for 3 weeks. we couldn't use that
exam room for days.
