Posts: 3819 (04/08/08 10:50 AM) Registered User Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	--I am so glad that the judges didn't grossly overscore Priscilla last night but if someone else had danced like she did last night they wouldn't have gotten 7's or an 8'..it would have been 6's for sure. Her waltz wasn't fluid nor was it flowy. It was heavy, stumbly and completely lacking any sort of grace. --I know that Jason/Edyta were overscored..should have been all 9's but I don't fucking care. That was gorgeous - the 2 outfits matched and looked so nice together and anything to get Edyta to the next round. Voted for her and Jason on 2 phone lines as usual. She's just so damn loveable.. Nices Pro ever! --Am I the only one that thinks that everyone hates Marissa backstage? I bet the others especially those that think they are hot shit (like Cheryl) mock her. She's fun and cheery but if I came in contact w/ her irl, I'd prob. want it away from me at all times. I actually think that her fatness is working majorly against her...nothing she does looks good whereas mediocre moves by someone skinny and lanky automatically look beautiful.

I know that Tony is very popular with the other dancers, and maybe her commitment to the program is a plus. It is for me - I'll take her over Adam and Whoreianne anyday. Did anyone else laugh when Cunty Ann said something about Priscilla's facial expressions?

As she talked last night I was eyeing them all and Cheryl was laughing about something... BTW..does Priscilla ever smile? Sheesh..Adam was amazing as usual and everyone was cracking up and she was just sitting off to the side not really reacting to his comedy at all.

If you have great legs, fine, but I don't think they are doing her any favors. She would look much better in a long gown.

If you let on foot slide on the floor, then it's not a lift.The way I understand it is that even if the person can't do anything on the foot touching the floor (i.e. stand, balance, etc) then it's not a lift. I think she also said that both feet have to be off the ground for a set amount of time too. When I was watching, the other women let at least one foot drag on the floor, they technically weren't lifts (even if they really were). To me it's a fine line and lift should really be considered when one partner's belt line is lifted higher than the other partner's chest. I believe figure skating claims a lift is anything over the head and shoulders, dancing should adopt something like that.

Sure she can move but she has no soul. Shannon was 4 times better than her Adam may be going home tonight but I hope not.

Pricilla gets penalized cause she didn't keep one tippy toe on the ground for a billionth of a second, but being completely airborne is perfectly okey-dokey There were others that were almost as ridiculous - but that one was the worst

I recall that argument being used last season, and it was bullshit then too. There is so much shit they do that they wouldn't be able to do themselves that isn't called a lift it's ridiculous. An inexperienced non-professional shouldn't get penalized for a lift just because they lifted their toe an eighth of an inch during a perfectly acceptable move.
