But yeah I'm pretty sure theres no way he could lose a breath holding challenge. In that coconut cage challenge he was under water for a long time while
Jason was constantly coming up for breaths. Also in CI Jonathan said he could hold his breath for like 3 or 4 minutes.

Yeah, this is definitely Ozzy's challenge. I was hoping for a pure endurance challenge, but I guess they will rigged all the challenges in Ozzy's favor
to continue the "Ozzy is amazing at challenge" story. I can't wait to see which one he loses (if he does lose)

Yep, it's whoever holds it longest, pure and simple. I'd be so very shocked if the Ozzmeister lost it.
That said, I'm going back to something Jeff said WAY back before the show started. He said something about an immunity idol incident (for want of a better word) that would be even more stupid than James not playing either idol and getting kicked off, and that James was there to see it. At first I thought it would be Jason playing the stick, although that's not any dumber than Jamie playing the not-real-idol last season, and now I'm wondering if Eliza puts enough doubt in his mind that he won't play it. SO, does Ozzy do something stupid later on like gives his idol to someone in his alliance who he thinks is at risk and then gets voted off by his own alliance? Probably not, but a girl can dream... |

I don't consider it a pure and simple "hold your breathe" comp. There was a pure "hold your breathe" way back, probably Borneo, where
they literally went underwater and held their breathe, while holding onto a bar.
They've adjusted it to make it slightly more fair. Technique is a big part of it now. Also, someone with a tiny face, like Eliza, is shown sticking her snout way up high above the bars, even when the water level is almost at the bars... someone with a flatter, wider face, like James, will be at a disadvantage to Eliza. Janu quit before she was even out of breathe because she couldn't handle the circumstances of that challenge, not because she had a smaller lung capacity. IC favour different types all the time. |

I don't think this happens this episode because Eliza is heavily rumoured to be the first juror, but is rather, the setup of his demise next time. I cannot imagine Ozzy losing this particular challenge, the guy has gills, I swear to God. |

It does seem obvious that Ozzy wins this water challenge, BUT it's TOO obvious. SF has Jason? down for IC win (note the ? they have behind his name). MB
and CBS are creating all these challenges tailored towards Ozzy. Why? Is it already in the cards that Ozzy wins this season? Why don't they just give him a
million dollars and do a season without him. One thing that I've always wondered is why did JFP write Ozzy's name down when he was going to vote for
Parvati but told everyone to vote for him . Why didn't he just write his own name down or Parvati's? I found this interview and it makes me wonder even

Jonathan and Yau-Man, are all business when they go out there. They not going to have fun. So right away I was like "do I really want to live 39 days with these guys? Strategically, they play the same game that I do, but I'm not having for with these guys." So basically over the days I was there, Ozzy and I became really good friends. I liked the kid a lot. And Ami and I became very close and Eliza and I were friends. So basically the move you saw right before tribal council, I was going to go after Parvati first to break up that strong four. Then, go to Ozzy afterwards and say "nothing personal, but you four together is just too strong to be in one group. Here's the deal: me, you, Ami, and Eliza. Lets do this. I think it would have worked great. The one thing I can say is that before tribal council, I pulled Ozzy aside and we talked for like 30 minutes and it was very personal. We were both in !$#!%. He was like "don't do this" and I said "I had had to, but here's the deal. Here are the alliances and the pecking order and who they are going after and who you should go after." I told him "Ozzy, I like you but I think your social game is lacking. So when you do go out fishing or diving for clams, bring three people with you, because that hour you are gone they are talking about you. So if they are there with you, they aren't talking about you, because you are there. And number two, each person should evaluate who you are, first-hand." Essentially I told him, and this is the exact quote, "here's the keys to the car kid, don't wreck it!" He was going to go after Parvati to break up the foursome but then writes down "I 'heart' Ozzy" and said, "Go win kid." Is this Ozzy's season or a misdirection? The other water challenges that NuMalakal didn't win at is speculated that him and Cirie threw those challenges to save Parvati & James and to get the Fans off their tribe. I don't see Ozzy throwing this challenge except for the fact that he feels safe b/c he has the HII. Going into it he knows that Jason and Eliza are the
next ones to go so why almost drown yourself if you don't have to? He has his foursome alliance, plus his boy-toy Erik and then he tells Alexis that he
wants to go beyond Fans vs. Favorites (that's six). This isn't the Playboy channel Ozzy. MOST women don't care for their man to bring another woman
into her bed, while she's still in it, without her permission. He doesn't know about the Parvati/ Amanda/ Cirie alliance and the Paravti/ Amanda/
Alexis/ Natalie alliance so he thinks all he has is a four-man alliance with the Faves, plus Erik but he's not going to go to Eliza to pull her in (Parvati
can't stand Eliza). So that leaves a Fan to be recruited. Jason? No way; that's his competition. That leaves the ladies. Natalie? Not social and flirty
enough for him. Afterall, he was on the Playboy channel so that makes him a stud. |

You would need to ask them.....but I thnk they did ban him...however, he came back with a similar nic shortly thereafter
I have no clue regarding their thinking. I could even be wrong! (Gasp) Haven't seen him in a long time, maybe the second nic got banned too. In any case, not really relevant to this thread, so...away we go! |

Thanks for clarifying the t.ears thingy. Thanks haqiz1 for pointing that out about TC. I didn't know that rule. I guess they have to cover every base to
prevent any cheating. I mean really, why would anybody want to vote for themselves, except in JFP's case. Anyhow....enough of that.....off with the
spoiling. :-)

kdog at SurvivorSkills turned me on to this 30 second Web Promo that expands on the 20 second preview�video.
It shows Ozzy in a confessional saying, "It's poetry in the making," and shows Eliza unwrapping the FHII and saying, "This isn't it." It also shows Ozzy in the red cage during the IC and he looks like he using the same hand-funnel technique as Jason. Why would Ozzy go through all that when he's got the foursome alliance AND the HII for a backup. Plus he's got his boytoy, Erik, and probably picked up another alliance with Alexis. teehee. That's six votes for the majority. UNLESS, Alexis spill the beans while she was under the influence and hugging up to Ozzy, of the alliance Natalie told her about that PARVATI suggested, while�trying to bring him in with "their" alliance. Whoops. That would make him suspicious of "his" alliances and that is why he needs to win this IC. He can no longer trust Amanda and Parvati. Just a thought. |
