Charla/Mirna had Phil in TEARS. He was choked up at Steve/Dave and Dave/Margaretta too (former probably because they were only a minute or two behind
surviving against a bickering team despite being on a much later plane; latter because everyone was so emotional)
Jonathan/Victoria's second place in Berlin, Weaver's NEL and some of TK/Rachel's finishes are the only time Phil seemed pissed off. Except when he got woken up to check in Eric/Danielle in Zanzibar. |

Yay. I felt that too especially when TK and Rachel won the grand vacation in Lithuania. I think he was really hoping for the goths to get it... Too bad... And
I also remembered the Ron/Chris no. 1's especially in Japan. His smile when he saw Ron and Chris instead of Nate and Jen was priceless...
Can you guys add more? Hahaha!! I really like seeing Phil with his different reactions... ETA: Hahaha!! So sad to see AT's non-Ramiele avatar after her elimination. Hahahaha!!!

Phil made a comment on Eric and Jeremy being "the biggest Casanova's," on the show on Season 9 and wasn't too amused with the "I'm
gonna smack you woman!" remark by Jeremy.
Phil was smirking when Rob and Amber came in 1st on All Stars and he had that gleeful look in TAR7 when he informed them the race is still on in India. I think he relished getting that arrogant smile off Rob's face. 
He was very choked up twice on the Family Edition with the Black Family and really teary when the Gaghan's were Philimiated. It's hard to see a grown man cry when kids are involved.

The Schroder Family's elimination in their hometown of New Orleans months before Hurricane Katrina. Char and Stassi were cried to t.ears and Phil saddened
their thoughts of being in the race.

I'm pretty sure Phil was plain pissed off in Florence, regardless of team (and I get the feeling that may have been a shitty leg all around; Kynt/Vyxsin
and TK/Rachel had issues as we saw, but so did Nick/Don per his [Nick's] accounts). I also remember Phil giving Teri/Ian a chilly reception in one of the
Europe legs in TAR3 (maybe Switzerland 1?).
I'm pretty sure Phil really liked Charla/Mirna, the Gaghans, Dustin/Kandice, the Chas and Nick/Don. |

I think it's hard to tell if Phil liked the BQs (or Debbie/Bianca), but I'm sure he desperately wanted all-female team to go far - he always seems pretty positive about any of them that make it past the first three legs (except Tian/Jaree). |

he always seems pretty positive about any of them that make it past the first three legs (except Tian/Jaree). I disagree. He seemed to like Tian/Jaree well enough. I seem to recall him saying "Congratulations, sweety!" to Tian when her team finished in the top 4 in Austria. And I'm very surprised that no one's mentioned how Phil just beamed every time Dustin/Kandice came in first. They were clearly his unspoken favorites in both their seasons. Also, he did seem a bit upset when Shana/Jennifer got eliminated. |
