When Trace sung his song I knew the writing was on the wall. BTW, did anyone catch how Piers was getting snippy with Ivanka lol? I thought the showdown b/w Piers and Omarosa was going to get nasty, but I think Piers was so pissed he was getting shitted on he held back. BTW, wasn't Omaorsa supposed to come back prior to the finale and shake things up w/ Stephen? Carol, it's a little too late to be fighting now. I still wonder what woulda happened if Vinnie never quit. What a long and snoozefest finale. Oh, and Trace was robbed IMO!

But that's them breaks, Piers deserved it more IMO even if he's probably the most overtly evil winner ever. He played the game the best I mean this is the raising money game and he dominated it. God, I really wish Gene would have stayed so Piers wouldn't win, I bet he feels like crap now that a Brit came in and won it all. Well at least I hope he does, dumb quitter.

I'm still not sure how they can cure a food allergy. If you're allergic, it means that your immune system is hyper sensentive and attacks harmless items. Does it mean inventing a pill they can take? Gene thearpy? Also, I read somewhere that you should never give peanut butter to a baby, becasue it can cause allegeries.

Piers knew he was in trouble selling tickets. I can't remember if that's when he thought of the brilliant idea of giving the 20 away or if he came up with that earlier. Plus, why worry about getting people there on such short notice to bid if they could do it OVER THE PHONE. Yeah, Trace accepted cash donations, but they presented the donations while at the event. Just set up a table with several phones and start taking the call in bids or donations. Jerry Lewis does it every Labor Day. In the end, Piers would still have raised more if Simon hadn't called in his $100K bid. No one mentioned Henner's w-a-y pushup bra? Way to advertise 'em, girl.

Piers needed to be evil - that's his persona (much like Simon Cowell). He remained "in character" throughout the season. And unlike regular Apprentice, no one in the Trump organization actually has to work with the winner. (Though it sure seemed as if Ivanka was ready to console Trace in his trailer after the show.) As for the Rolodexes, I'll bet that when they conceived of allowing it, they were hoping for a Who's Who of celebrities to stop by and help them goose their ratings. After all, who knew if this would draw decent ratings? After seeing the lame celebs that they brought in, my guess is that the next season will severely curtail the use of the Rolodex - or at least use challenges that would draw in celebs in a more significant way than buying a $5,000 hot dog. For example, the celebrity charity auction part of the finale was fun - instead of using their Rolodexes to bring in buyers, it would have been more fun to see who could bring in their friends to be the prizes. (How much would someone have paid to have dinner with Tito's girlfriend, the porn star Jenna Jameson?)

I fell in love with Trace through the season. I'd heard of him, of course, and have probably listened to a song or two of his while flipping radio stations, but that is one hell of a guy. I am a native of Nashville and, as such, was surrounded by country music. Lori Morgan was a year ahead of me in high school. It's funny when I read something about her, she keeps getting younger than her lower classmates! By the way, she was an alcoholic slut in those days, and last I heard about her and her running through husbands like water, she still has the slut thing going on. But I'm sure she's always wearing her crucifix when wrapping her legs behind her neck. It was great seeing Ronnie Milsap!. He is looking good. I met him in high school when my mom was decorating his house. I know, she decorated the house of a blind man, big shit! He was a really nice guy. His wife at the time (for his sake, I hope they're not still married) was a huge BITCH. Mom had sold her this incredibly expensive and beautiful high-boy. The Milsaps son was around eight or so at the time. When I went with Mom to their house, so she could measure something for the millionth time, I was going around the house with her and she pointed it out. I went over to look at it and, on the side the kid had carved, in somewhat small but very distinct letters, s h i t . I never did tell my mother, it would have broken her heart!
