Anyone else wish it was China playing on tv right now? I loved China, I loved the contestants! I just cant get into this season as much as last season! Its
just not as fun! Anyone else dissappointed? Who else thinks China was better than Micronesia?

China wasn't that great. The cast was 100x more likable then FvF, but after the loss of Jaime and Jean Robert and James, who was there to root for? Peih
Gee was actually good in comparison to the rest and that is really saying something. Plus having great characters like Dave Cruser and Michael Bortone go way
before their time is infuriating.
If anything, China was a disappointment after Fiji's greatness. |

i don't know if we should be complaining STILL about if this season should be that season, or what made this season go all bad. The answer is extremely
evident and we don't need to come to any more conclusions or ask any more questions why it all went to hell. Obviously, it is because Penner is gone.
Whether your liked the man or not, he was great TV...I personally loved the guy (ever since CI)...and nothing was better than seeing that blue eyed hunk of a
man play the game. So sorry to bitch and moan and say that it isn't necessary to keep making post about why this season went down the shitter...we have our
answer. The rest is just y'alls excuse to make a new thread.
Sorry, I am going through Jonathan withdraws i think, i will be bummed for a while about his early exit. Besides, I just watched the man walk around in nothing but poker cards as a necklace with beer cans wrapped, tapped around his arms, with no shirt and nothing but a linen cloth with a skull painted on the front covering his goods, and if you pause it at the right spot, a thong. I still blame that damn stick |

Anyway, I don't know why everyone is bitching. This season has had lots of drama and hilarity already, but I guess everyone's preshow favorites aren't dominating so they think it sucks.  Thus the problem with All Stars seasons. It could be MUCH worse though. How soon everyone forgets the unholy
nightmare that was the Fall 2006/Spring 2007 tv season.

Yeah, I thought China was great, but Micronesia's been decent so far for me too.
But hey, for everyone who misses China: at least you get to relive the excitement and entertainment value of James and Amanda.

China was a fantastic season, but I really think this one, so far, is measuring up to some of the better ones. Yes, many of the greats are dropping like flies,
and that might kill the season in the long run. If we end up with another ASS situation and the end game is dominated by some of the most boring and unlikable,
Micronesia could go down the shitter in a similar fashion. But until we get there, I'll enjoy it. After all, we've still got Cirie and Eliza to root
for (and Ami, if she ever gets back to her old edit).

I loved China, one of the best seasons. I'm not as into this season as I was china, but it's still pretty good.

This season is more fun strategically. Lot more outside the box moves.
In China, one tribe won because the producers assigned them more strong guys, then there was a twist that screwed strong people. If Parv, Cirie, or Eliza are stars of the endgame, they will have had to work way harder than the China F4 which featured Denise, a less stategic Katie (aka Courtney), and Amanda. |

China is the best season ever. I hate the "kidnapped" twist when a castaway find the hidden immunity idol on other tribe. I like the Great Wall of
China. Denise, Courtney and Todd were excited to saw the New Seven Wonders of the World.

I love China. It's my best season but I'm loving Micronesia too especially the strategy parts. This season have so many options and blindsides that
makes it great even better so I'll judge this season at the finale.
I agree, it's hard to go after a great season like China. Nevertheless, FvF is delivering us still great entertainment - dramas (Jonathan's riddance and Kathy's breakdown), injuries (Parv's fat lip, Ami's knee, Jonathan's knee and next week, Erik), strategies, blindsides and karma and a whole lot of comedies. |
