Hi, I received a call back a week after I sent in my video tape. I had an hour interview over the phone with a guy in California. The interview went so well and the last thing the guy said he would definitely get back in touch with me and they had other tapes and applications to go over but as of today I have not heard anything. I am really dissapointed. I really thought I was going to get an in person interview with the casting directors. The interviews were supposed to be in March and March is now almost over so I guess my phone interview didn't go as well as I thought it went. |

of the country and totally pumped when i got back to the hear the message!). anyway, the lady said they would be calling people back in march or april so we
will see! i have a feeling they already invited finalists though...

My interview phone call was on January 31st and I was at the airport. My cell phone said "unknown caller" so I didn't pick up the phone because I
was getting ready to board the plane. I called the guy back when I arrived at my destination though because he left a message with his telephone number.
Also, I just want to point out that this was my second time auditioning. The first time I auditioned, I did a very very very good tape that was exciting and funny and edited with music and fades and everything. I had a video guy edit it for me and it was great. I thought for sure I would be called and nothing happened. The second time I auditioned, I did a very straightforward tape with no music, no edits, just me talking in the camera being somewhat serious and maybe a little funny and they LOVED it. This is what I was told by the guy that interviewed me on the phone. So the next time I audition I have to say the best tape is the one that is the most straighforward and simple. No camera tricks. You have to speak well and of course be somewhat attractive. Use good lighting to make yourself look sexy and I think for sure you will be noticed. I'll try once more because I'm running out of things to do and say for them. |

I think you form alliances by making friends and keeping your word but not giving your word foolishly. Crapping I bet they have portable shitters. I hope they
wouldn't trash the environment by digging a hole but you never know. Shitting in the ocean wouldn't be cool since they usually have underwater cameras.
Ocean fish bite too so be careful if you don't attract a shit eating shark. Just kidding.
