Like a blind chicken who occasionally picks up a kernal of corn, Paula was spot on when she said the Jason was far more comfortable with his guitar. So is
Brooke for that matter. Given that Colbie Caillet and John Mayer manage to just stand there and sing with their gee-tars while selling millions of records,
they should just let those two be themselves.

I just thought he had fun with it, you could tell he was amused by the whole thing.
Better that than some of the overt signs of desperation from a few of the others. <3 |

I actually liked his performance last night. Although I'm not impressed that he learned 5 words of French and made it seem like it was so hard, wtf? I
might have been a little more impressed if he gave out his number in French. Un, huit, six, six, quatre, trois, six, cinq, sept, zero, huit, is that so hard?

I love Jason! It's true that he and Brooke shouldn't be so quick to ditch their instruments. It opens up the door for some easy, nonsensical
criticism, but on the other hand it hasn't been hurting David Cook at all.

Yeah, I think he and Brooke are better with their guitars (or Brooke with piano). It's like they don't know what to do with themselves without it so
they dance around and look a little foolish. The judges need to lay off them about using the instruments if they are then going to criticize the contestants
for looking uncomfortable without it.

The correct lyrics to Michelle are NOT "Michelle, my belle, sunday monkey won't play piano song, play piano song." Nor are the lyrics to a famous
idol audition song "Voolee coocoo say a sasquatch, sasquatch." And it's not about bigfoot either. You'd figure a contestant named Castro
would have some vague idea that other languages existed. He seems like a nice guy and did a fairly good performance of one of my favorite Beatle songs, but not
realizing some of the lyrics were in French is incredibly dumb.

I took it as he only thought 'ma belle' was English...hearing it 'my belle'
