Yes, when I saw Aubrey in Cloverfield I kinda liked her...I expected that like to translate to the show, but it didn't.

Anyone watch last night? I know I may be in the minority, but I am enjoying the show more and more. I love last night's show - seeing the boys when they
were younger - and finding out how Physical Phil got his name. I thought the whole Angela story was very touching.

This show is really good. The writing and concept are unique to what is out there.
The problem is no one is watching and last night looks to be the last episode. Very unlikely it will be brought back next season |

I was originally thinking it's Eddie too - but something got me thinking about that scene where she goes to talk to Eddie and said something about having
to tell Nick (I believe that was at the end of an episode). Eddie being his father, at this point, is way too obvious - there are too many signs pointing that
direction. I think she went to Eddie to talk to him about telling Nick that he really is the father - that maybe for whatever reason, Eddie has been in on the
whole deception. Eddie being the father just doesn't cut it for me.

I really liked the finale. I didn't believe the Aubrey-Ronnie kiss at the end. I just can't buy that. Can't wait for that piece of sh*t Ray to
get busted. I really believed it wasn't him till that scene at the end and then I was so pissed. Glad Nick came back. And I can't believe we still
got nothing on who's the daddy. Also, Janice and Rooster - EWWW!

OK I love this show. Believe me it does have its moments when I wonder why I watch this show... but for the most part, it is very wholesome and reminds me of
high school and what it would have been like to still be friends and in touch with my buds from the school days. I think this show has tons of potential so I
hope it gets done up for another season or the CW picks it up at least. I liked the season finale. It touched on a lot and though we don't know who the
daddy is... it still answered a lot of questions. Best of all was Ikey rocking it out with the boys again! I always knew Big Cat was behind all that bullshit
with Lateka getting beat down. I totally did not see it coming that Janet would sleep with Rooster. If he was any kind of friend to her - he wouldn't have
let it go that far. On one hand I am sad for her but on the other hand - each show he is constantly jumping through hoops to show he is passed the fat girl
issue she has with herself and it shouldn't be an issue anymore. Frankly - she should be a strong fat girl and stood up for herself by stopping that jeep
and walking right over there to them. It was ok for the writers to write her insecure at first but it lasted way too long and her and Rooster have ZERO
chemistry. I loved seeing Bill Belamy! Please tptb keep the Road on our TV screens.

I like this show too. Haven't seen the last ep yet though. Tivo is saving it for me. However, the one part of the show that pisses me off, (cuz it is so
STUPID!!!!) is the air-band thing. WTF? That completely ruins the show for me. (hello - fast forward) I think that Big Cat really is the father of Sam.

Pretty solid season finale....Eww to Janet sleeping with Rooster (of all people) and I did NOT like the Aubrey/Ronnie kiss....that was just wrong!
I knew Big Cat was behind the beat down, I just hope the show comes back so that everyone else in town finds out too. Plus I want to find out what Eddie and Hannah are hiding. |

Bad news, tubers. This has been telegraphed around the Industry for a while, but just in case there was any doubt: October Road is all but done. In addition to trade reports that the executive producers would be running David E. Kelley's new series Life on Mars, I can report this morning that one of the main castmembers (think big) is taking meetings around town. Said castmember is now available for new work, and (s)he is telling the execs with whom (s)he's meeting that Road is dead. The official verdict will be handed down tomorrow when ABC announces its pickups and cancellations for the 2008-09 season. |
