The Daughtry comparisons are going to be coming fast and furious but I really think he has more grit and depth to his voice (and more range) than Daughtry did/does. At first he reminded me of DAUGHTRY1111!1111!11, mostly because of the show shoving that tired, fetid cock down my throat, but I think he actually skews a bit more indie. Plus Daughtry always reminded me of a jock turned rocker where Cook reminds me more of a geek/rocker hybrid. Not to mention I just think he's more creative and has a better voice, period. I think he should slow it down/switch it up next week. Good to change things up, lest the ADHD fucks get restless.
