Trace just doesn't like being kissed by a guy-doesn't mean he hates gays. Gay haters are typically much more repressed, angry at the world and in some cases have experienced gay acts themselves. I don't think Trace fits those categories at all. I think you're taking it way too personal with Trace's reactions. Save it for true homophobes. He isn't. Have you seen some of the remarks Conan O'Brien makes about gays? They're not serious. He's not a homophobe. Do you remember Craig Kilborn? He is a homophobe. Look at some of the things he said. He also had problems at CBS regarding sexual harassment of female employees. I'm not gay but I understand to a point you and those who are and I lived in West Hollywood a long time and also Laguna beach, two places that are known for gay residents. I know that as a gay you've had to endure all sorts of personal attacks and personal pain and I think you know when it really hurts. Trace just doesn't like another man kissing him. It's not normal to him. But he doesn't hate you or any of your friends. Tolerance is a two way street. |

Trace could very well have been thinking Piers was implying Trace himself was in the closet--and it all happened so fast it's hard to say for sure what he
is reacting to. Plus he doesn't like Piers at all. I agree with the earlier poster that said the real issue here is Omarosa even going there, much less in
such a negative way. What she did was most certainly homophobic--either representing her own feelings or presuming that she was going to play on what she
assumes to be Trump or the audience's homophobia. It was an outrageous and disgusting thing for her to do. And what if he really was in the closet? Even
worse--trying to out someone on TV to punish them over a game show? Like it was an insult to Piers? C'mon, Suitsnob--you should be far more upset by what
she was implying than by shy Trace's confused reaction. As a hetero female who doesn't know, or care, whether Piers is gay, straight or indifferent, I
was offended by her lack of professionalism and low class remarks. On top of which, what she was wearing this episode was the most ridiculous and offensive
thing of all. :)

gets made and there are a lot worse scripts than mine that do-mine is actually pretty good. You've had posts here pretty much attacking you from what I can
see and I try and present a reasonable point of view and you don't take it well at all. Don't you think the meds comment might apply to you? I
don't know what else to say except if you're such a power player or whatever it is you're trying to say here by telling me you hang out with Conan
O'Brien why are you spending so much time on this message board-often starting threads like the Trump apartment thread that are kind of pointless and also
take at least a little time to create? You're here an awful lot more than I have time for.

Yeah, see I'm trying to do the same thing. I may not know what I'm talking about (the Dr. Joyce Brothers comment) but I am making an effort to
understand and be civil to gays which is the point. That's a lot more than a lot of other people do. And you made some very good points in detail about
what I basically said in a more eloquent way. Trace is not a homophobe. A homrophobe would have reacted way stronger than Trace did. Trace did not like the
kiss but that doesn't make him a homophobe.

Dagny that is the norm for Omarosa, I looked her up in Wikipedia and have posted about her elsewhere here. What you see on Celebrity Apprentice is the way she
really is so you are right about the low class, etc.-that is really Omarosa. I would consider her a sociopath and I don't think she has anything but misery
in her future.
