Agreed Miki, Eva and Kady are kind of similar. People made similar comments about Eva's personality early on too if I recall but I think she was just French and there was a language barrier and she had some trouble communicating herself properly in English. I always found that personally and then a while later when I saw her in concert I noticed her English had improved a lot and she was able to express herself as well in English and she could in French before.

It just occurred to me what Kady lacks. A thick southern accent. She's from Texas but you can't hear much of an accent that suggests this when she speaks. Damn, she should have known to thicken up her Southern accent before she auditioned.

swim, I like Kady and I don't feel like she sucked 3 weeks in a row. I thought the first week she sang absolutely wonderfully and I don't think she was anymore boring than KKKristy is but they're pimping her for God only knows what reason. I thought her singing sucked last week, but so did everyone else. At the very least I give her credit for trying to take the judges advice, she picked a more up beat song and attempted to have fun with it, the the vocals hadn't sucked the would have had no reason to bag on her for not having personality. This week again I thought she sang well. I really enjoy listening to Kady's voice, I think she's an excellent singer and I like her personality if if her performances aren't overflowing with it.

True and the talent actually gets people watching CI imo and brings in the viewers, not the shitty auditions. Some of Quebec started to actually take interest in CI because they heard about Eva. I love Eva. I was so impressed when I saw her in concert and she was talking between her performances in English and expressing herself very well. On the show and directly after her win it always seemed like she had to think really hard and pause between all her words to get her feelings to come out right in English and people called her stupid and stuff for it which I thought was rude. Some people were saying how Craig should win because they watched that questions thing with the 2 of them and they were like Eva didn't even answer properly etc, she's rude, she's stupid and I was just like wtf. Enough about Eva though even though I adore her. I'll tie it back into the topic by agreeing with you and saying Kady is sort of like Eva and that I wish Kady was on CI because if she made the semis she'd have a chance.
