The Duggars have 17 children. I looked at their web site today. Every aspect of their lives is influenced by Christianity. The way they built their house, the
way they homeschool, everything. I have nothing against that. It just seems to me that Jon and Kate are a little more the way I would act if I had eight kids
under eight.

I dont know why I am so into this show, but I absolutely love it. And I love both Jon and Kate. This show just really intrigues me, and I love Aaden, usually I
cant stand little kids, but he is adorable. The rest of them I could do without.

Someone asked about family members. Kate has a brother that has come over and helped out with renovations. He helped Jon with the garage storage and some
carnival booths for the little ones birthdays. And I think Jon has a brother that's been on a few shows. They (Jon and Kate) basically stated one time
that Kate's parents have nothing to do with them. Jon's parents have been on once I think. Maybe the first Thanksgiving show they had. I'm not
sure about any other siblings.

I honestly don't know how Kate does it when John (who is just a little bit hot, btw) goes to work every day.

Well she does have volunteers come help, so she's not doing it totally alone. 'Tho it would still be exhausting taking all those kids anywhere with
just the parents as chaperones.
When the little ones start school, I wonder if Kate will go back to work or use that time to have a nervous breakdown. |

doesn't John have an aunt and uncle or something that are like Pseudoparents?
and she has friends that are always helping them. |

Is this on tonight? TiVo doesn't have anything set to record and next week's eps don't sound like the rest of the ski trip.

Yeah, it's on tonight. It's an hour special titled the "Gosselins go skiing".

It wasn't meant in the kiss my a$$ kind of way - his heiny really did hurt. LOL. Also I just just caught the Disneyworld episode where he was pissed that he had to get off the dumbo ride and as Kate was pulling him out of the ride area he says "fly dumbo." Too funny. |

I've watched this show so much I can put the kids names and faces together, except for Alexis and Leah.

oh my god I've been watching for 5 minutes and I seriously am at a loss for words, the sheer number of them wailing and snotting is so daunting.

God that Maddy is so bratty. Cara (the other twin) is so gentle and sweet, she reminds me of Jon. Thankfully they have friends and people from their church who
help them out-how else could they survive. Love this show!

Even though I really dont care for the kids, it was kinda nice seeing a bit of Cara on the ski trip, she is truly the forgotten child amongst the 8. The 6
little ones get the most attention and Mady demands a great deal of attention and Cara is always in the background.
It is nice for them to have friends who are always willing to go on these trips with them and help out, but I really hope that Jon & Kate do something for them other than caroling to pay them back for all the stuff they do for them. The one little kid (I think its Joel) who is always whining annoys the shit out of me. It was great when Kate was at the spa and was wondering if he would whine his way down the hill and then cut to him whining his way down the hill. |

I just wonder if those friends get any free time to themselves to get to go and enjoy the surroundings. Hey they get a free trip out of it too, right?
How many times did we hear the name of the resort and the outfitters? It's a great marketing idea, give them a free trip/clothes and you get several episodes of publicity! yay Canyon Resort in Utah! Loved that Cara got some time with dad, and that she enjoyed herself. I am going to hell for laughing at Maddy falling, right?? and I love how Kate always tries to explain Maddy's behaviour. Last night " She loved it here, she loved the house the snow I don't know what her problem is?!" Shes a brat. That's it. Beth knows. Aaden. My precious little Aaden. He's a hoot! |

Curve, I can't tell Alexis and Leah apart either. I love this show, it amazes me that John and Kate haven't lost their minds already. The fact that
they keep everything together is great.

I think Kate saw the Disney episode and promptly went on Prozac. She is talking slower, moving slower and is much, much calmer.
I would be shocked if she wasn't on something. |

I loved this last episode. Mady really needs to get a grip. I love that Beth doesn't let her get away with anything.
I was so happy Cara got some time alone with Jon. What a sweet little girl. I was also happy Jon had such a good time. |

I felt bad for Aunt Jodi who flew cross country one day and went back the next but how could you fly with all those kids without at least one other adult.
