I was beginning to really dig her too, what a waste of a great girl for the 6.

Too bad. I liked her.
She just didn't have enough pimpage. Then again, neither does Luke Menard, but he's coasting on his looks. |

I liked her a lot... but
1) That outfit did her no favors. UGGGGGLY. She has a fantastic body, and it made her look terrible. Second year that the tall, gorgeous athletic girl gets eliminated the night she wears FUGLY CLAMDIGGERS. That should be a rule: Tall girls should never wear clamdiggers on AI. 2) Abysmal song choice. I hate that song, even the original. Just meandering, crummy, boring song. Just left her poor voice naked out there, unadorned, with a bad melody line. As soon as the opening notes started and I realized the song, I knew she was in big trouble. A real shame because she's beautiful and talented, and has a great body... and clearly she's a sweetheart who's well liked by the others. |

What are "clamdiggers"? Anyway, I agree... the outfit + terrible song choice = death

I thought the viewers would sympathize with her underdog statement, guess not. |

Clamdiggers are Capri pants. You know, pants that go down to somewhere between knee and mid-calf length.
Ayla Brown, tomboy jock of season 5, singing "Unwritten" in clamdiggers (eliminated off that song)
Alexandrea, tomboy jock of season 7, sang some crappy Boston song, in clamdiggers (eliminated off that song)
Who the hell finds this to be a good look? I guess Alexandrea is wearing more of long cargo shorts than clamdiggers, but the visual impression I got was the same: unfeminine. |

Yeah, the cargos didn't help.
I'm so annoyed she got the boot. This girl had subtle charisma, it needed time to be exposed. Loved her stage presence, sly humor, and her song interpretation. She really added something to the line-up. |

For the record, it was a Chicago song. Yes, the cargo shorts were a bad idea (especially w/ those boots w/ the spike heel).
That said, I'm fucking pissed she got sent home. Amongst a host of generic blondes and a rasping dragon, she had a good, unique voice. I would've loved to see how she would've grown, b/c I believe she would have improved a lot over time. |

Her voice had texture, something that is unique to this generic bunch.

I liked her Spinning Wheel performance and her attitude after her performance last night, on the other hand, her performance last night was weak, and I found
her pre performance film bizarre--specifically her talking about going to Ground Zero and giving an impromptu singing performance and the admiration she
received for it. I wonder if that may have turned some people off. Too bad about her--in the end, if only she had picked a better song last night.
