Hi Gang, thank you for your patience regarding my MIA status last week. You do NOT want to get whatever is going around this year, you will cough all your brains out for damn near 4 weeks.

Let's go back to fight night. That was probably the most glorious feed night ever. What is amazing is how all of this drama in the house seems to circle back to either Allison or Amanda. There were some things that went on in the house before the feeds came up that we just didn't see, nor did BB edit them where we were caught up to some of the interactions with folks in the house. We can't blame the producers, this cast has given them almost a season's worth of material in just 3 weeks. Kudos to casting, you hit the ball out of the park this season.

Way back when, at the very beginning, Jen really poisoned the house against Alison. Comments are coming out from the house guests and it is amazing how appallingly bad of a BB player Jen was/is. Instead of spotlighting your secret boyfriend's game partner, she should have deflected. Instead of outing your relationship to Parker when Parker wanted to oust Ryan/Allison, you stupidly spilled your guts. During her time in the house she also really slammed Allison to Amanda, so Jen left residual chaos in the house.

Also, way back at the beginning, James and Alex did not hit it off. During Amanda's reign of terror as HOH, she really pissed off Chelsia.

Fast forward to fight night. Amanda supposedly heard from Alison that James was going after Alex and Amanda and others. Then some other comments were made that came back to Chelsia and she flipped out. She decided to confront Amanda because Amanda was painting a target on J/C's backs. Amanda just did not comprehend why Chelsia was losing her shit all over Amanda because Amanda didn't say Chelsia said things. So Chelsia begins to scream at her, others begin to scream at her. Josh loses his jedi master composure and goes off on her. Originally Alex and Amanda had intended to put up Chelsia and James against Sheila and Adam. If it weren't for the Jen/Ryan twist, J/C and S/A would have been the nominees and one gone from the game.

So now we know where a lot of the tension came from that spilled over into the HOH this week. Because Amanda mishandled her reign of terror as HOH, it caused the other 4 outsider couples to bond, leading to the somewhat of the surprise vote and boot. We have all agreed here at Sucks that the Amanda/Alex, Jen/Parker, Matt/Natalie comprised the worst alliance in reality TV history, not just BB history. At then end of their reign A/A lost an ally they put on the block as a pawn, AND the power and momentum in the game shifted away from them. It is even more astonishing since their other ally, Matt/Nat didn't USE the veto to save their alliance couple. This whole gaming scenario rivals Marcelous' dumb move of not using the veto on himself during his first season.

So of course, BB karma bites them in the ass, their nemesis wins HOH and promptly up goes A/A and Matt/Nat on the block for nomination. Amanda and Alex were the target, everyone had agreed to it, but then comes the BB gaming. Josh perceives of himself as being the jedi master in the house. Up until he overplayed his hand this week, he was playing a flawless game. He maneuvered the surprise boot last week. He is very intelligent and knows the BB game. He understood that it was very important to get Jen/Parker out of the house to prevent the original 3 alliance from running the table, and run it, they could.

So, Josh had a perfect outcome this week. He engineers the boot. Another, more highly visible target wins HOH and can do his dirty work. He gets Matt/Nat and Alex/Amanda on the block and then goes on to win POV, which allows him to control the game this week, or so he thinks. The food competition put Alex/Amanda and Sheila and Adam on slop. Slop caused our little drama queen pre-diabetic, hypoglycemic Amanda to crash a few nights ago from undereating. She passed out cold and had to get some IV glucose to get her stabilized. So, Josh appears to think a better game move is to take the opportunity to take out the stronger couple of Matt/Nat, and so he puts in motion the move to change the boot this week.

Here is what Josh set up over 3 days, and it was a very good plan. He planned to set up Sheila and Adam to be the vote outliers for a Matt/Nat boot. He doesn't really like either of them. He also noticed that Adam and Matt were getting closer during this week. So Josh decided to get Allison and Ryan to vote with Josh/Sharon and surprise boot Matt/Nat this week. This was the plan and good until about yesterday. Meanwhile, he was making sure Sheila and Adam stayed with the original plan, operation Condor, to boot Amanda/Alex (Condor was a symbol for the fact that A/A and J/P have their pictures across the top row of the memory board). The reason Josh wants to do this, he wanted an obvious 2nd target in case Alex/Amanda win HOH. A/A will obviously target James/Chelsia for putting them on the block and Josh was afraid his fight with Amanda would cause her to put up him and SHaron. So instead, he set up Sheila and Adam to be the 2nd nominee because of his secret plan to evict Matt/Nat instead.

Now, here is why this plan is falling apart. Josh let his power in the game get to his head. He has been very overt in coming up to HOH often each day. He quit talking to Adam and Sheila. He started to cold should Allison and Ryan, taking their 2nd vote for his plan for granted. Meanwhile, he started to chum up to Alex and Amanda openly, so that got Ryan's and Allison's attention. On top of that, Chelsia let it slip to Alison the other day that Chelsia's final 4 did not include Alison and Ryan, but Sharon/Josh. Oooops.

Ongoing behind the scenes, Matt/Nat began to chum up to Sheila and Adam. They share a bedroom, remember. Sheila and Adam realized they were being left out of the HOH strategy sessions. Sheila was whigging out this week about Allison supposedly giving Sheila the cold shoulder since the vote last week. Matt/Nat were looking for angles to secure their vote to stay in the house. Sheila and Adam feel the need to align with a strong couple. So they got Matt/Nat to agree to not put them up next week if they vote to keep them. Done.

Josh and Sharon have that same agreement with Alex and Amanda, supposedly secret. Josh told A/A that if the vote is 2 to 1, then it is Sheila and Adam that voted against them. That leaves Alison and Ryan twisting in the wind, free agents to look at which side of the vote they wanted to play this week.

Alison, being a former/current gambler is very shrewd. She is looking at the HOH game next week. She knows the players are the 3 couples who are voting this week, and the non-evicted nominee couple. She realizes that it will either be Alison/Ryan, Josh/Sharon, and Alex/Amanda on one side, with Sheila/Adam as the outsiders. Alison knows that if this scenario plays out, her ally in the house, Sheila, is in danger next week. Sheila also thinks that Josh/Sharon are closer to James/Chelsia AND A/A, so Sheila/Ryan have less influence on James/Chelsia and A/A, than do Josh and Sharon. So Alison and Ryan decide that if they flip over to Matt/Nat, Sheila/Adam, that it is those 3 against Josh/Sharon for HOH. She likes those odds, as does Ryan.

In the past 2 days, we have seen Matt/Nat pledge a mutual final 4 with Allison and Ryan. Chelsia and James have a Final 4 agreement with josh/Sharon. Alex/Amanda and Sheila/Adam don't figure in anyone's final 4 plans and are considered cannon fodder between now and then.

A couple of days ago, Josh tricked Sheila into lying to him about her deals. Josh knew that Sheila and Adam had a deal with Matt/Nat to not be put on the block if Matt/Nat stay and win HOH. Instead of filing this information away for future reference, Josh's ego required that he let Sheila know he caught her in a lie. This flustered her while he was talking to her, but enraged her after he left. When she complained to Alison, it was THIS incident that was the final factor to flipping Alison and Ryan over to keeping Matt/Nat. A/R, and S/A all have noticed that Josh has gotten way too confident and cocky this week. They don't like that.

I thought we were getting a blindside eviction this week, but James is good at this game. He picks up on the nuances and changes in the house about when they happen. Just this afternoon he has realized that Allison and Ryan were not on their page anymore with this boot. Chelsia is freaking out and worried about being a target. James is talking her down and telling her regardless they are going up next week and just to prepare to be a warrior to win POV. James really doesn't care who goes, he feels it is just an attrition thing. Chelsia feels that Josh has made them more of a target this week through Josh's actions in the house. James said they were a target anyway, so don't worry.

Ryan is not a good liar, so he could not really just tell James to his face that operation condor is ongoing. He prevaricated. He just finished a conversation with James telling him that he really hasn't forgiven Alex and Amanda for putting them up and their behavior last week. He doesn't think them being on slop is a strategic factor to weaken them for HOH. Thus he is open to keeping Matt/Nat as originally planned. James did ask Ryan if Ryan would put up Matt/nat next week if Ryan wins HOH. Ryan basically lied and said he would. (Ryan and Matt have a mutual, we won't put you up agreement next week).

Chelsia understands this weakens them in the game because now their closest couple ally (josh/sharon) have become big targets in the game.

They have voted this afternoon, we presume. BB has been calling them all in the DR. Last week they voted ahead of eviction day.

So unless we hear on the feeds tonite that the vote flipped, this is the update for the game so far. My next post will be talking about the gamers/couples, strategy and when they will perhaps be playing alone in the game.
