The make-under was inspired.
Although the sports model Kristen Bell chick definitely didn't get uglied as badly as the others. Higley for President! ETA: Dayum, they're seriously sticking with this format. This is awful!

You can so tell that one of the Geeks(thick framed glasses) is putting on a show and probably not even a Geek.
One of the guys(plad vest fetish) is very very cute. LOL at the Gay geek! Ive only seen one other season(the one with cici in it), and these girls seem much more well rounded. My favorite girl is the one with the messed up nose and high pitched voice thats not even that hot. The two sistah's coo too. |

I still can't really differentiate any of these people...but the ones I remember liking are:
Guys: Tommy - I love the ringer geeks. Looking forward to his budding relationship with Leticia Jason - He had me onboard and  with that whole "guys vs. girls, sure I already do this at home!" line.
John - Pissed he's the first out, he seemed like he woulda been good for a bit of sarcastic humour. Girls: Cara - She's a total reincarnation of Jasmine's voice, and earned major points by being one of the ones to take aside Greg. Which brings me to... Leticia - Hard to get a good read on just yet...normally I hate the ones who declare they only want the money, but she was too nice to the geeks this episode to hate. Jillian - So far...eye candy. Amanda - Likewise...eye candy. Thank GOD those make unders were only temporary. Boy oh boy do I ever love this show...the geeks bring the hilarity, the beauties bring the...well...eye candy. I felt like I was watching an episode of Jerry Springer when "anorexic bitch" was goin at it with "bubble guts"

The scene with Joe(?) and Amber in the pool talking about "hard stuff" was pretty funny too. |

I really hate the twist and hope they put teams together soon, this really defeats the whole purpose of the show IMO.
Best moments: the bitch fight between the two black Beauties; the poor Geek fainting when he was the first to go; and the gay Geek falling in the pool. The cowboy Geek: WTF? If he's a cowboy I'm an astronaut. I wish they had the show on my cable On Demand, I missed a few parts, especially in the beginning. |

I don't like the new twist either. Seems to defeat the purpose of the show, and that is for the beauties and geeks to help each other improve. They even
seem to want that. Hope there's a future twist to change it back.

The chicken-eating girl was still in her makeunder 'do, which made it even funnier. I betcha she was also hamming it up for the cameras, if not
subconsciously.
I'm so conditioned to ill-conceved twists screwing up this show that this geeks vs. beauties thing isn't bugging me as much as usual. At least this time, they know what the rules are going into to the game, rather than changing them at the end. Oh but it's not a game. It's a social experiment. |

I don't mind this twist much...its sure better than the complete and total trainwreck Sam and Nicole caused last season.
Besides, I thought the geeks interacting with each other was absolutely hysterical. That said, they better return to the original beauty paired with geek thing soon. I don't think I could take a whole season of this. |
