It's not Jason - he has sideburns down to the bottom of his ears, which are not visible in this pic as well as scruff on his chin. Based on the length of the hair and the color I think either Eliza or Parvati. Ami's hair is lighter and Amanda's is longer. The pic is definitely from a future challenge.
