Australian Outback: It's been a long time. Michael didn't technically "ruin" the season. But his accident caused an unfortunate shift in outcomes. Africa: Didn't watch enough of this one to say. That Clarence sure was annoying though. Marquesas: Vecepia for winning when Kathy or Neleh would have been more satisfying winners. Thailand: Jeff Probst for the stupid non-merge twist that screwed Shi-Ann. Amazon: Shawna for quitting when she would have been more enjoyable to see in the endgame than Jenna or Heidi. Pearl Islands: Burton for being a douche bag. All-Stars: Romber. Blech. Need I say more? America's Tribal Council: No one. A satisfying program with a satisfying winner. Vanuatu: Chris for not getting voted out first like he should have and then becoming the most disappointing winner in Survivor. Palau: Ian for quitting at F3, resulting in the most boring and predictable final tribal council ever. Guatemala: The jury for voting for the wrong woman to win. Exile Island: Cirie for not making it to the F2. She was our last hope for the best ending to a season ever. Cook Islands: The final 5 for being so damn boring. Fiji: Mark Burnett for a dumb twist idea. Give one tribe everything and one tribe nothing and see what happens. Gee, the results were shocking. 
China: PG and Courtney. PG for not fighting harder to stay, and Courtney for not fighting a little harder at the end to win. Micronesia: JFP for quitting in episode 1. Nothing will top that, so I might as well put it down now. |

Australia - Mike. Not his fault but fuck it ruined the season. Kucha was awesome and then it just became incredibly boring after the merge. Africa - Lex Marquesas - It was a great season. Nothing ruined it. Thailand - Didn't watch the season. And I don't ever plan on it. Amazon - None. Pearl Island - Lill/Outcasts. Morgan tribe made a terrific comeback only to get screwed over by Lill. It was still a very good season but ugh I can't stand Lill. Still if it didn't happen Fairplay may have been eliminated a lot sooner, Burton wouldn't have been back for a second blindside. All Stars - Lex...makes an idiotic decision to keep Amber around and then tries to blame other people for his own blunder. Vanuatu - No one. It all worked out in the end. Palau - Everybody. Terrible season. Guatemala - Steph Exile Island - Hardly remember watching this season Cook Islands - Twists, people, stupid decisions. A lot of things Fiji - Dreamz, robbed us of an Earl/Yau Man final vote. Instead he didn't live up to his word and it led to a boring sweep in the final vote. |

Twatwaffle. Both times. In All Stars he handed the game to Romber, by kicking out the only people who could beat Mariano in the challenges (Colby and Ethan)
and then in an even more literal way by keeping Amber over Jerri, thus setting Mogo Mogo up to be pagonged, which they of course were. Fucking dumbass.

I have since changed a lot of my views on stuff since the last time I posted here, like I'll try to avoid saying production/EPMB, so...
1. No one really, maybe Dr. Sean for the ABC voting 2. Elisabeth for being loyal to Tina (and according to the commentary, she had a bad case of self-righteousness because Tina/Colby voted her out over Keith) 3. Kim P, Kim J and it's pretty obvious why. I don't include Brandon because I think Kim P's refusal to allign back with him was worse. 4. Vee/Neleh for being a shitty F2 5. Jan/Helen/Ted for not voting out Clay 6. No one really, maybe Christy for her indecision 7. Lill coming back, so maybe just the outcast twist 8. Romber/Twatwaffle for obvious reasons and nuChapera for not doing anything about Romber 9. I wanted my lurve Queen Ami to win, so Leann for fucking up the women's alliance 10. Caryn/Katie because they couldn't get a female alliance 11. I love Rafe, but I was crushed when he let Danni out of her deal with him 12. No one really, I liked everyone who did well except Terry so maybe him for getting so far 13. The Aitu four, esp Ozzy 14. Lisi, what a fucking loser 15. Denise for refusing to make a move and then lying on the reunion show |

Ok...I just have a gripe for a couple of Survivors that take a lot of shit that may or may not be deserved, but I'm going to defend them.
Vecepia: It wasn't her fault that MB decided to edit her being a "surprise winner." She had a great strategy, and I'm sure if we heard more from her, everyone would be hailing her as a great strategist. Really, I prefered her winning over any of the Rotu 4. I actually enjoyed her assassin like edit, but can understand why people were upset with it. But blame MB, not Vee. Jan: Why does everyone have to be a super strategist? I like the aspect that anyone can play this game. It's a social game, and in the real world, there are plenty of people like Jan. I thought Jan was a great character as well. She was the one bit of comical relief in the dull cast of Thailand. Jan was the true sweetheart of Thailand, and if she were 30 or 40 years younger, everyone would be saying she was the new Colleen or Liz. Lil: How can you hate on Lil? She is one of my top ten Survivor characters! I think the many Lil love threads have already done this, but Lil brought a lot of entertainment to the show. She is one of the only old women to ever actually play the game. Watching her transform throughout the season was amazing. If you hate the outcast twist, blame MB once again, not Lil. She did the best with what was thrown to her, and I think she did an awesome job. |
