"We're not really here to rescue you" doesn't cut it. It would have to be like "We are here because we are looking for someone" or "We are here because we know this island has powers" etc.

I based the question on the one dude's statement to Jack: "Rescuing you is not our primary objective" and the other guy saying "You wanna know why we're here?!?! I'll tell you why we're here!"
