I think her and Bill do genuinely care about the issues but for very selfish reasons. They believe, they are the only two who can "save" this country and think everyone else are dumb pieces of shit.

If she is elected nothing will get done because she will never let anyone disagree with her. It is why her health care policy failed the first time and it is why it will most likely fail again.

Hillary didn't get her Health Care Policy approved because the Republican Congress shot it down. It wouldn't have mattered if it was the best Health
Care Policy that was ever written, they just didn't want to give Hillary any credit.
