no need to play up anything about myself, astroline. i'm really quite a colorful character in person.

GIMG, here's to hoping you make it...you have my endorsement. It's not worth much since in the six seasons I've sent in a tape they've never
called me back. I didn't apply for s17 (first time in six seasons) ... because ... drum roll please ... Mrs. Chaperone shall be deliving our first child
right about 2 weeks after it finishes filming. (Not good timing...this iteration)

Okay Michael, I'll take your challenge.
Like a blade of a sword ..... umm .... Like a blade of a sword ........ these are the Days of our Lives ??????? GIMG, you should really play up those "breast implants" ya got, considering ...... ummm .... ya know.
Chap, congrats on the upcoming fatherhood. |

WooHoo, chap. A big welcome to the impending world of rug-rat hood. Mine is currently trying to eat a Kleenex and type for me. She's only 10 months.
I'd better do something about the Kleenex thing...

Oo, Sceptic figured it out. I guess you aren't enough of an Elder to see it clearly. ;-) I'm so diappointed. This is becoming a world without
heroes.
And I will live my life under the rose. Michael |

Separate post, re: Marquesas. As a guy, loved Paschal. As a player, awful, up there with Gretchen for cluelessness, but in his case, it was for just not
accepting that whatever he felt about Vee and Sean, he indeed was two votes secure with Neleh and got called on it. At least Paschal made a move. Despite
Kathy and Vee pushing it, the editing made me feel it was Neleh deciding to move on it that ways key. Sean, I loved and hated him all at the same time. He
truly had an experience out there.
I was most shocked that Rosie was better than I expected her to be. I prefer Probst, but she is better than Bryant Gumbel at the reunions. Who wouldn't be? Michael |

I was most shocked that Rosie was better than I expected her to be.Ugh, ugh, ugh! are you kidding?? She was definitely the worst thing about that whole season! (IMO) |

Having Rosie host the Marquesas reunion is eclipsed only by the final three as the single worst decision in Survivor history. Well, it made sense on paper
since she loved the show and always promoted it, but I'd rather have Bryant "Ethan Zore" Gumbel than listen to her off-key "funny"
songs and concentrate only on the five or six people she felt like talking to.
(That said, probably my favorite Survivor talk show appearance of all time is some of the Borneo cast--Rich, Rudy, Sue, Colleen, Gervase, and Gretchen IIRC--on her show. They played a game of trivia, the five others against Rich and Rosie gave them all cars. Good stuff. She might've had an Outback vs. Borneo similar thing too at one point) |

Hey Guys, mind if I point out somthing I've noticed.
The winner rarely gets an UTRN during the season, and for the few winners that did, they only got 1. Rich, Brian, Jenna, and Amber each only got 1 |
|||
Kitty Pryde1 |
|||
|
And the winner ALWAYS gets a CPP at some point during the season (Jenna did according to the big edgic chart of winners only)
|
|||
SFC |

Also, with the exception of Chris, no winner will ever have more than 2 UTR episodes in a row

Also, with the exception of Chris, no winner will ever have more than 2 UTR episodes in a rowAnd those UTRs are hotly debated as low vis CPs. At least one of them is. This is why I said Amanda probably won't win! way to go chap! |

Catching up, I noticed this from MDN, a while back: I tried to forget her nameNow, if he'd succeeded in that and shared his secret with us, it would have made edgic the most useful resource of all time. Oh, and, yeah, yeah, I, too, promise to remain spoiler-free. |

That's not enough. Ya hafta take the official oath. I know, I know, but without the secret handshake it's ineffective in any case. |

Congrats on the impending fatherhood, chap! Is it your first?
I know pre-game stuff isn't officially part of edgic, but do you guys look at it a little and see that person A has no chance in hell? |

Do I ever look at pre-game stuff? Sure. Do I ever think that Person A has no chance? Um... I think Person B, or that guy L, has less of a chance. But I must admit that overall the players before the first show are just a blur of promo shots and musing from JP. I pay them absolutely no heed when the show actually starts. |

I, craig, do so solemnly swear to avoid Communists like the plague, and to avoid any place Communists might be found (other than Cuba). I also hereby swear
that, should I inadvertently gain knowledge of Communists, that I will announce my fellow-traveller status, etc.
Seriously, I will avoid bootlist spoilers, at least for the crucial opening episodes where most people narrow it down to 2-3 pics. I will be honest about any spoiler knowledge I have if asked (as always). I will argue points based purely on editing and game logic, not spoilers (as always). I will keep hope alive for the possibility of Eliza or Parvati winning as long as editing logic permits, regardless of any conforming or disconfirming spoilers. Take me or leave me as I am. :)
