This girl had me perplexed. Was she a total moron, or just horribly greedy??

Where do they get these nutjobs? That bitch had an offer of nearly $300K, and it's not enough money for her? Then she knocks out the last $1 million
case. They must pre-select these idiots with some kind of psych test measuring greed and idiocy.

Of course they do. They don't actually want to have to give away $300,000 every time.

People need to learn that you don't work for the million dollars - you let the million dollars work for you. The second it's gone, so is any offer that
is going to blow you away. Depending on the rest of the board, and ONLY if the 500K is there, take the next offer. I'm shocked how many people don't
understand the concept of leverage. Forget the math, it's never a guarantee. It's hard for me to tell because i only watch the reruns of this, but does
it seem like the bankers offers are getting smaller in scale than they used to be?

Yes - It isn't about winning a million dollars, it is about making the best deal.

Almost always, they should take the offer when they only have 2 big numbers left. More and more, they don't and they leave with a fraction of what was
offered at that point.
Wow, this bitch with teh 9 $1,000,000 cases so far is really lucky. She has a lot of the million dollar cases left, about half of the board is the million now. Maybe they will finally give away the million tonite. |

my uncle, a cameraman on dond sent me a cameraphone shot of the money board from the ep that will air next friday... and still, the contestant does not win the $1,000,000.00!

So what did 9 suitcase girl wind up with?

$475,000, I think. Around that area. She actually had two out of only three cases left having $1 mill, I was hoping she'd get it, just for the sake of
someone -finally- getting it.

Man, if two of the three were left, it'd be real tempting to go for it--the odds would have been in the contestants favor (for once), but you certainly
can't blame her for talking nearly $500k home. What was left in her suitcase?

I don't know if anyone will ever win the million. If this girl didn't, who will? The closest is the girl that won $750,000. And even then, the
highest you could win were 6 or 3 million. I want to not only see someone win the million, but in a regular game.

What was left in her suitcase? I'm cautious and always think the contestant should take the deal way earlier than they usually do -- and
they'd usually end up with loads more money if they did so. My retarded husband's the go-for-it one. I pity us if he ever gets on the show.

I generally agree with you, but this girl played pretty much the perfect game, which means she was really lucky. She never took out a bunch of the million dollar cases on one shot, and it seemed like she had a 50/50 shot almost the whole time. I wish I had an uncle camerman. |
