Totally robbed, that was an amazing (if under-seen) performance. Oh, and btw, she was robbed by fucking CATE BLANCHETT in Elizabeth 2? Give me a break. Also, I haven't seen TWBB yet, but if the music in the trailer is any indication, it was robbed of a best score nom. Sweeney Todd was suprinsingly overlooked. I thought for sure Burton would get some recognition.

No Into the Wild tracks! That was a great soundtrack that complemented the film wonderfully and "Guaranteed" was pretty much sweeping the precursor awards. Instead we get three songs from Enchanted.

Man, George Clooney could sit on camera taking a shit for two hours and he'd get nom'd. It'll be a race between TWBB and No Country. Well, I say that but the Academy SUCKS so thank fuck the Independant Spirit Awards are around.

Can I just say how thrilled I am that Keira Knightley wasn't nominated? We already have a Kate Winslet, thanks, and she's actually a good actress.

The five I can think of ( Roberto begnini Clint Eastwood, George Clooney Mel Gibson and Kevin Costner, I am iffy on the last two) havent.
