I watch VH1 and The Apprentice for trainwrecks. I actually prefer genuinely entertaining and charming people on the higher-quality shows like TAR. Yeah, Jen being a fucking failure at life was hilarious, but no way do I want to see someone like her and Nate win. I'll take the three teams left over those two twats anyday.

TAR3: Brothers, married couple & friends - DIVERSITY, yay TAR11: Two great all-female teams, ruined by a douchey couple TAR12: Two great parent-child teams, ruined by a douchey couple TAR2: Blake vs. Wil vs. Alex - the three significant players in the storylines of the season. If Boston weren't so boring, this would be #1 TAR9: Immature 20-somethings with a sense of humour FTW! TAR1: Nancy/Emily and Kevin/Drew were sorely missed, but everyone was likeable. TAR8: The second worst combination of teams I could create from that cast (the worst being Linzes, Weavers, Godlewskis). But parent-child teams are cool. TAR5: MACTOR COUPLES, zomg, but at least one of them's old TAR6: MACTOR COUPLES, zomg, but at least one of them's hysterically dysfunctional TAR4: Kelly and 5 smug guys TAR7: MACTOR COUPLES, zomg, but one of them invisible, one hogged 90% of the screentime all season and one was Ron/Kelly TAR10: White alpha-males and bland white bickering couple for Final 2 TAR3's is easily the best--it's the only time the three most entertaining teams were the final three. Everyone has their own idea of boring. For me, seeing Jenn spew bile and Nate do lame imitations of curse words grew boring weeks ago. They had used up their schtick. It doesn't help that this team has been in the finale over and over and over. The way the race is set up, I would be surprised if any team but the strongest, youngest team wins. I thought Jen was a poor racer and a lousy person while on the race, so I'm glad she screwed up her chances of winning. If the odious TK/Rachel win, then that sucks, but at least the bickering couples format failed this season.

Last season they tried to set things up so there was absolutely no benefit in physical strength in the final leg (compared to the god-awful "run a million miles" TAR10 joke of a finale) - it was just bad luck that the youngest (?) team did it fastest. Like Survivor China, they are making strides to having a slightly more diverse winner - but like China, they still have a huge likelihood of a generic blah retread win.

TK & Rachel are about ten times worse than Eric & Danielle. Season 1, Season 2, Season 3, Season 5, Season 7 and Season 11 all had final threes as good as, or better than, this season.

Nathan wasn't that bad, but Jenn was such an entitled bitch. She felt people should just fall by the wayside and let her win. Didn't she whine because another couple that already had a 1st place win didn't let her win 1st for a leg? And when things go wrong, it's never her fault. I can't stand her. I'm not a big fan of the dad, but I think the daughter deserves to win despite what a tool her dad is, so I'm hoping that they win. The think the grandfather is cute. He looks like a little tavelocity gnome next to his grandson. And you have to give them credit, they made it this far... TK and rachel - I like them. I'll take boring over someone like jenn anyday. They're just happy to be there, and I like watching people like that.
