The MACYS guy says that people on the street would not recognize Lennox Lewis? Did he miss Trump calling these people the best TOP celeberties in America
during Eps. 1??

I don't know about you guys but I'm with the Macy's man. I know the name but I didn't know what he looked like until this show started. In
fact, I'd probably pass him by on the street and not blink a bat if he was never on this show. Not everyone is into boxing.

The only ppl I'd recognize:
- Gene Simmons - Big Pussy - Stephen Baldwin - Tito Oritz - Nadia Comaneci (Cuz I adore her) - Omarosa - Nely (Cuz I actually watched "The Swan" regretfully) |

Full of it? Perhaps. But that's one of the main reasons why I watch.
Here's the thing. Even if Donald Trump says something that is not true (ie: "the top celebrities in the world" or "The Apprentice is the #1 show on television"), he says it with such confidence that it *is* true. It's true because he believes it's true. In Trump's crazy view of the world, he is the king, and everything he touches is gold. Sure, half the stuff he says from episode to episode is contradictory, false or hypocritical, but at the time he is saying it, there is no greater truth in the world...to him. That's why he's such an amazing character. I've tuned in for seven seasons just to watch Trump in action. |
