Any season would be fine. At least then we know they are still releasing them. I'd love China to come out now. They better have PG and Courtney on the
commentary though.

If it has to be post ass I'll take China or Exile Island. Guatemala would be cool. I can wait for CI and god awful Fiji.

I still think we stand a better chance this year then last year because of some of the changes going on with how CBS releases the DVD's.

Fiji was a great season. It definitely had the best Tribal Councils and best array if challenges, unlike CI where every challenge was the same concept, "
Swim out get puzzle pieces and put em together.
I would love Fiji on DVD. |

Are you serious? Fiji totally blows. But I'll leave that out of here. I can't think of anyone I'd want doing commentary for Fiji, except for Stacy,
and limited amounts of Lisi, Alex and possibly Anthony. We saw enough of boring ass Earl during the season itself, Yau Man would just talk about how awesome he
is and the HII, Dreamz would be incoherent & annoying, Cassie would give decent insight but probably not be exciting enough for a spot, Boo would just be
lame, Michelle would be cute but of little substance, etc. That basically just leaves Stacy. Definitely not Rocky or Sylvia either, as big of characters as
they were, they didn't really understand the game and would probably just go on long-winded rants. Lisi would be good in small doses, same with Alex and
Anthony.

Yeah, there'd actually be a good deal of people who could do Amazon commentary. I mean, you've got Deena, Jenna, Rob for sure, possibilities of people
like Alex, Matt, Butch, and even Heidi. They could throw Probst in to make up for people on commentary on any season really. As for Guatemala-China when it
comes to commentary I could probably think of the following possibilities.
Guatemala: Bobby Jon, Stephenie, Jamie, Gary, Judd(? would they do that?), Danni, Rafe, and possibly even Brandon or Cindy/Lydia Exile Island: Aras, Terry, Cirie, Danielle(?), Courtney(?), Shane, Bruce(?), Sally(?) Cook Islands: Obviously they'd put Yul, Ozzy, Sundra, Becky, and Jonathan on commentary for that. I can see Candice and Parvati doing commentary too. Fiji: Not sure, but I suppose we'd get Earl, Yau Man, Alex, Cassandra, Boo, and uh...Stacy? Dreamz? China: Todd, Courtney, Amanda, Peigh-Gee, Frosti(?), Erik(?), James. Possibly Jaime or JR |

This afternoon, I sent an e-mail to CBS asking them to release more seasons on DVD.
I pointed out in the e-mail that with the upcoming Survivor being Fans vs. Favorites that only two seasons (Pearl Islands and Vanuatu) representing three of the favorites are available on DVD and that they have an opportunity to sell some DVD sets if they can release the seasons represented by the other favorites (Panama-Exile Island, Cook Islands, Fiji, and China) during the period that CBS airs Fans vs. Favorites. |

Since it's been over a year since they released the last DVD, if they are going to release any seasons in the near future, they should go back and release
Africa and Marquesas. Since S16 starts in a few weeks, it would be pointless to release any DVDs for post ASS seasons to capitalize on it. Since there have
been no release announcements for this year, any future DVD release would be no earlier than Sept. 2008.
