Did they actually show the previews for next week's episode. I loved this episode, it was super great. But it was so spooky to see the child in the box and then see the child in the box with the rat head. That freaked me out. Also the stripdance scene, and the mother scene. in fact, the whole episode freaked me out. Please make Davalos come back, please! He was a very likeable DA. He has a good aura about him. And isn't it obvious that Anjelica's character was saying that she was a paranormal psychic. I knew she was one when she mentioned she was very intuitive the first time around. I think Allison caught on to that too at the end of the episode.

I remember bitching about the writers chopping off a child's finger, not once, but twice. This one didn't bug me as much for some reason. Maybe it was because, given that there's a pedophile on the loose, it didn't seem as gratuitous as these incidents used to be. Plus, Scanlon dropping the ffuker at the end made it more rewarding. I hear you, though.

I loved the song at the end (the girl has a beautiful voice) and how they wove it into the storyline. Loved the detective doing the 'school rounds' and then getting caught by his girlfriend playing with hie 'educational puppets'. Is Angelica Houston staying on the show for a while; I sensed this after their final exchange. Loved Joe as always. Arial's friend sure pulled the 'bitch move' to get Arial the lead. Must.Keep.Her for bitchiness factor. Overall..yes, a very disturbing show with frightening nightmares and a very sensitive topic but it's still a great show and I thought it was 'very good' regardless of the disturbing subject matter. Just makes you want to keep your children a lot closer and toss the CELL PHONE PLEASE!

Ali's never been a babe, btw. That's part of the appeal of the show. An ordinary frau... who has these secret powers. You should see the teen chick they use for her in flashback sequences though. Meanwhile, regarding the friend of Ariel's who psyched out the competition. She got around backstage to chat with Brook awfully quickly. Maybe we have another ghost friend that only a duBois girl can see?

She is a normal sized woman with kinda crazy teeth and just beautiful to boot. Did anyone notice that Bridgette is still 'special'? God,I love that child! (And I agree with the poster that said Angelica commands each scene she is in. I just found my attention riveted to her and her quiet poise).

I like how Joe is the guy who gets all messed up by people getting shot and is an emotional rock for the most part and then Scanlon is just a bad ass. Nice blend of different models of masculinity. They didn't do any of the classic shots of Alison lying on the bed with her boobs taking up most of the shot. Must have fired that cameraperson.

I kind of liked the older version, sweeter and already being affected by the dreams. Wimmens of that certain age: what the fuck were you thinking? Those Madonna fashions were awful. So,what, the kid in the car crash got abducted by the cop from the crash scene? Nice for Ariel and Ali having team tag dreams. I still wonder if the freckle faced girl that Ariel's palling around with is an apparition. No interaction tonight with anyone but Ariel & Ali.

My favourite part was when Joe and Alison were sleeping on the couch and Joe woke up and kinda grabbed Alison's foot and scratched it a bit or something to wake her up. A small thing, I know, but it's just one of those little moments between them that makes them seem like a real, normal couple. It was cute.

Posts: 5846 (01/15/08 8:05 AM) Reply Quote More Recent Posts Message Connection Block Invite	I'm not a fan of the tag-team visions - that seems to stretch limits of creditbility with the show - and yes, I know it's a show about a psychic so you have to suspend disbelief just to watch it. I just don't like it. I'm not sure if it's because I'm not a fan of Ariel in general because she's such a bitch (and yes, I know she's a teenager and they're all bitches at that age). I do like Allison as a teenager, though. With that said, I thought it was a pretty good episode (aside from them turning Anjelica Huston into a greedy bitch). Not sure what they're going to do next week when Joe's potential new boss just happens to have his kid disappear.
