TK & Rachel were only 3 hours behind??? |

So we don't see them for the entire show and then it turns out they were only 3 hours behind Nick/Don? Did they spend 16 hours playing robot soccer or is
something fishy here?

Well, I'm sure they saved a little bit of time with the Detour and Roadblock. Rachel knows flowers, so they seemed to just go in and out of the flower shop
quickly. Also, with the Roadblock, and much of the navigation on this leg, the streets were empty, making it easier for Rachel to drive the couple, and for
them to get around Osaka.
...also, they could have just gotten really, really lucky, and arrived in Japan earlier than expected. And you also have to remember that Nicholas kinda blew chunks at the Roadblock, and Don also blew chunks at the Detour. I wouldn't complain, though. Rachel and TK rock. |

I have some problems with this 3 hour time difference also. Wasn't the castle closed when TJ/Rachel got there? Was it reopened for them? If that's
the case, that sucks, they should have had to wait until it opened the next day. If they didn't reopen the castle how did they get their next clue? Did
the producers just give it to them? Something stinks!
Also when Ronald/Chris got to the pit stop it was clearly daylight, when Donald/./Nicholas got there it was twilight (could that be two hours) and when TJ/Rachel arrived it was very dark with all lights exterior lights on. This means there must be a 5-6 hours difference between 1st and last, unless the producers are up to something. What do you all think? |

Maybe Phil meant they were three hours behind the last team. That would make the difference between them and Ron/Chris something like five hours.

pamrose, the cluebox was outside the castle. everyone kept going inside and then they spotted it, but you did not have to go inside to get the clue.

Was that the stupidest of any TAR players of any season? It sure seems like it. Let's take a flight that has two stops completely as far away as possible
from Osaka. No way they do an extra task and leaving three hours behind the others and not get last place. I liked them too, she's cute, and he's so
calm, collected.

travel is not that simple. It's not like going from Seattle to Orlando with a layover. Some countries require you to go through a form of custom if your
flight is laid over in your country. He made a presumption on prior travel experiences internationally that since they had 2 layovers and one was in
China(Beijing), there would be several hours of down time. I have done international travel but aways direct or non-stop, never had to change planes.

So many hateful comments you and your son deserve. Where do I begin? |

I've been to Osaka Castle, as with most historical parks in Japan, the grounds close when the buildings do, which I'm pretty sure is 5PM except during
special events, so I did think it was odd that TK & Rachel were able to get the clue.....maybe TAR made a special arrangement with the office; since they
were so behind and the last team, someone waited out front and just handed them the clue? or escorted them to the box?

I wish they were 3 DAYS behind.I wish they were 3 seasons behind. A Guido experience might actually make those two interesting.A broken ox and an broken-down Diesel car couldn't even make them interesting. |

There is really something fishy... Remember that Jen/Nathan and Ron/Chris did the searching of that freakin' flower for so long and found it in the second floor while the boring dating couple found it in just almost a minute in the first floor so near to the woman who is supposed to check if the flower is true.... that is so freakin' unfair!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

The way they edit these episodes, we can't really tell how long it took them to do the tasks but I agree that they MUST be 3 hours behind the last team based on the darkness when they reached the mat. |

outside the water moat of the castle. I'm pretty sure they could just access it by walking up to the clue box, and I doubt they had to be escorted.
