Ok, I decided to tune in to catch the funeral. I was sick in bed, and I thought I'd give it a shot. I cried like an idiot. Poor old Mack. He was fantastic.

mind between Steve Hardy and his brother Tom. Jesse and Phil Brewer. Audrey on trial for the murder of Mrs. Nelson the baby sitter. I think she actually
did it, didn't she? Peter Taylor and Diana. And most of all, the campy organ music.

There are no old school paternal hospital characters left to carry on the Christmas party tradition. ( Noah doesn't quite fit the bill )
Didn't completely think Alan's death storyline through didja, Guza? I guess the compromise was having ghostAlan read PART of the story to Tracy. Lame. I would have been OK with Monica reading it, though. |

Steve and Audrey Edward and the lovely Lila Alan Bobby before the overdone surgery Monica and Tracey Quick glimpse of Amy Luke and Laura Luke and Elizabeth (when they both lost Lucky) Nicholas before he became annoying Brenda and Sonny Emily before I wished her character death Alice Mac and the girls I loved this show so much and I miss the older cast. When they handed it over to the "teenagers" it went down hill. I still wathc, but get so nostalgic for old times. |

How I loved to hate Lucy. And then I just plain loved her. Remember when she married Alan in the red dress with the big ass hat? Classic. Oh, Anna and Duke, too. Loved them. And Frisco and Felicia before stupid ass Coltin came into the picture. Their whole storyline went downhill from there. Though I did love Felicia's road trip with his bro, Decker. Oh...I'm going to REALLY date myself here, but does anyone remember the Asian storyline, which introduced us to Robin, and Tia Carerre played Jade?? It was '85. They filmed all of the action sequences on location in my neighbourhood. Never saw them though, cuz I was in the hospital. Dammit! |

I loved the Asian Quarter story! Who knew Port Charles even had an Asian Quarter before the mid-eighties? Everyone regularly went to the House of Many Leaves. Robin used the black pearls as eyes for her doll. What kicked the whole thing off was when Josh(?) was poisoned by mistake. The intended target was Frisco, but Josh was wearing his Teen Time(?) jacket, and someone slipped a micky into his soda can. Don't ask why I remember this shit! |

hey, am I the only one who is crying constantly during Maxie's scenes? I never liked the actress on DAYS, and
never liked the character with any actress---but she is really kicking but lately. I don't know whether it's the fact that I lost my own hubby recently, but the death of Georgy is really getting to me. otoh, I wish Emily would die die die and LEAVE the show. I still hate her so much. |
