So, please back off if y'all have seen a previewers dvd. or if you have access to on-demand before the rest of us can see an ep. i know y'all want to gush that to everyone. please refrain here. post it in that other thread, that's all i ask. oh, and here is that other thread. anything goes there. have fun those of us that post in this thread do not want to know. we want to enjoy the experience. cool? So I guess I'll post in this thread, because I don't want to be spoiled either. I've deliberately stayed away from any season 5 spoilers so far. I've even held off on watching the season 5 specials (Odyssey and The Last Word) because they incorporate footage from the new season which I don't want to see beforehand. 9 more days!

Probst - you nailed it - two of the best are wrapping up this year, my tivo is going to go into withdrawl. At least F/X has stepped up with Damages and The Riches (kind of hit or miss but I'll give it another season), I don't know what HBO is going to do, they've lost the Sopranos, Deadwood and now the Wire.

Usually the rule is that once a show airs, it's fair game. Before it airs, the policy is to use spoiler tags in the thread. I guess OnDemand counts as an airing, but still it would be nice if people used spoiler tags in this thread. There's always the other thread for anyone who wants to post spoilers. I also support the idea of a new thread for season 5... I just didn't like the condescending/sanctimonious bullshit Albert posted in the sticky thread about some imaginary fucktards ruining last season. It didn't happen, and on top of that, I'm really not a fan of his irrelevant chat posts. I just ignored it until he spouted off. I'm over it.

I think the best way for you all to handle this is for those of you that've seen an ep on demand prior to its HBO first public airing is simply to forego "spoiling" it until its been broadcast on HBO proper. Commit your thoughts to a Word doc and hang off on posting them until that time However if you MUST yap, kindly use the spoiler function: Type a bracket [ spoiler ] (without the spaces) before your spoiler info, then type [ / spoiler ] without the spaces after. It puts it in these neat nifty plus thing Spoiler [+] Like this. Meanwhile, start talking about season 5 or this one's getting locked up. This show's too good to pollute its thread with slap fights.
