Much to my shock ..I recived a Christmas card from Vicki today.He brother put a note inside and it had the true obit. I wanrted to share it with everyone.I

I'm only learning about STH's passing now, and it's just incredibly sad news. Though I only knew her
through this board, it was clear that she was an exceptional and sweet lady. My heart goes out to her family and loved ones, and may her soul rest in eternal
peace.

Lost Spoiler thread just isn't the same without ya STH. I wonder how Lost would pay tribute (if true). STH was a pretty visable poster over on the
unofficial official messageboard site The Fuselage which has had cast and writers as members. I think it would be sorta neat to have a background character
named Vickie Ann in one of the flashbacks/forwards or maybe a character utter "Save the Humans" for some reason or another.

I can't believe I haven't posted in here yet. I am incredibly saddened still about the passing of STH. I used to really respect her and always read
her posts in the LOST forum. There's not a bit of doubt that she was the largest character in our own personal LOST Sucks universe.

Ive been away from posting on the Lost message boards since the end of last season. Ive been posting and reading along with many of this community since the
end of season one...when it was just one huge Lost post, instead of an entire forum. :P I came back to brush up on discussions leading up to the new
season...first time seeing this new Yuku format and everything.
I went straight to the spoiler thread to catch up, and started on page four. Here it is, the middle of January, and im reading STH post ofter STH post...assuming she was alive and gearing up for an exciting new season of questions and answers and rumors. In my mind, she was alive. In my mind, she was like the structure of my Lost message board experience...her posts kinda represented it. Seeing her name after coming back from so long, and reading her excitement and fervor for Lost, was like coming home, in a way. Its eerie to be reading an enthusiatic, no worries post of hers on 11/09 in the spoiler thread...and then the next post be someone coming in saying that she died that very same day. Really makes you focus with unfortunately fleeting clarity on stuff you never tend to think about... I will miss STH being part of my Lost experience. It wont be the same without her posts to read throught the rest of the story. And as i can see, many feel the same way. And for that she would be extremely happy and proud. And as her DESMOND would say, see you in the next life, brother... |

Just wanted to clear one thing up. To my knowledge, there will be no tribute shown or heard or connected to LOST itself. This is what I was told by STH's
brother. Sounds complicated... sorry.
But "the island" will pay tribute. :) |
