I live in a National Park with limited housing which can only be owned by people who meet the need to reside requirement, ie. business owners or employees. No commuters, or second home owners etc.
Most properties are multi-unit ( 3-6) which for the most part house between 3-6 unrelated occupants per unit. The other properties are listed as staff accomodation and owned by local companies.

We import a ton of employees from other countries especially Japan and the Phillipines. Like shipments. The big hotel in town ordered 100 Filipinos two months ago from the government and we got about 25. I am training one of the 2 in my house to work.

The hot water tank is quite large but I'm not sure of the size. The recovery on it is quite quick.

I can't ask because I am still trying to work on getting them to not SLAM the door everytime they go in and out of their room especially at 6am or 1am. You close it. It's shut. There is no need to make my bed vibrate like the train does.
