How did you find out about SURVIVOR SUCKS?

The summer before Guatemala, I heard a rumor (don't even remember where) that Steph and Bobby Jon were coming back. Being that I was Steph's biggest fan at the time, I set out online to see if I could confirm it. That's how I eventually found this place. Then I started following the spoiler section, because I just had to know how Steph did. I've been lurking here ever since, and halfway through China I was just like "what the hell, might as well post too." THE END?

Really got into Survivor with Survivor Guatemala, and after the first few eps searched around for the messageboards. Found Blows first, and Sucks soon after, which of course was a much better place to be. How exactly I found Sucks just don't remember at this point. I am happy to say though that I have a grand total of ZERO posts at TWoP.

LAST RESULT? Survivor Sucks.

It was just before CBS screwed up and posted the recap of the episode when Greg was booted on the website just before the episode was aired. THe Gervase red 'X' spoiler appeared shortly after that.

Man, I wish I had been watching the show during stuff like that. Instead, I hated the idea of reality T.V. at the time and didn't think I would ever bother watching it. Granted, I was like 10, so what did I know? I just saw people wearing those Survivor shirts and thought they were idiots. Then I heard a few friends talking about how dumb the secret clues were for the mole from the original Mole. So I started watching the second season (yes, the cancelled one - so glad they brought it back), and when I fell in love with that, I eventually decided to give Survivor a chance. Thing is, I almost started watching during Thailand (instead, I only caught a few episodes here and there). Had that happened, I might have never continued watching.

I started lurking midway through S2 and became a poster towards the end of the season. I do know that I used to access this board by going to survivorsucks.com and clicking the message board link.

There was a thread about that live show for TAR last season and some Tara girl was saying about "on Sucks they are saying I sound like a man". I really didn't have an idea so I just ignored the comment. Then, I was also on the American Idol boards(facepalm) and I found out about the VFTW thing. I saw Survivor Sucks on the sidebar and been lurking ever since. Because of Avant Tai's TAR game going on, I joined to, well, join it. I love this place, because everyone on other sites hate being mean to a certain contestant.

I think I've followed links to here from time to time over the years. but then I kept seeing references to here on blogs on the CBS site and curiosity got the best of me and I came and lurked for a while. no idea what finally got me to register and post.

Now finding out he's 3 years younger than me makes me feel old, lol. It's weird I can remember a lot of how I felt as I watched the original broadcastings of Borneo and Australia, especially since I'd only recently turned 13 when Borneo ended. Ah well.
