It did go by faster tonight. Those two nights of 1.5 hours unfortunately killed the shows momentum and turned some people off.

well hell yes,
these "american" questions must be fucking with your little canadian heads like crazy. "the number of inches in a yard minus the size of a soft drink can ." canadians are all "what the fuck is a yard?" and then "how does one convert this 'ounces' thing into milliliters?" *BOOM* canadian heads explode. always pick a canadian opponent. besides, y'all read from right to left, don't you? you could never keep up, especially if challenged with that 7 second thing. what is canadian for a second? a millimoment? *BOOM*

I knew the ounces thing (having recently been in the states I noticed it on a can of your "soda") but the Yard thing went way over my head. Of course any question about anything set OUTSIDE the States and you lot would all be "Wha? There's stuff not in America? Why would we need to know about that? Get me a gallon of soda. I gotta go rent me some movies at the libary." ;) |

When will the networks learn that they their quiz shows are trying to be "too" suspenseful? I like the concept of this show, but if you're going
to take a commercial break after every 2 questions (sometimes less!), viewers are going to tune out.
And the "you're watching Duel on ABC" shit has to stop. WE KNOW ALREADY! Stop reminding me that I'm actually STILL watching this show (...on ABC). |
