Joel's last name is Anderson but I'm not sure if that's the correct one in the pic, that Joel Anderson looks pretty buff but he's a policeman

I've found two PDFs that suggest Joel Anderson was a firefighter for Avondale (15 miles outside of Phoenix) Fire-Rescue in 2005. He wrote a nutritional
column in their newsletter thing.
