I was rooting for MG all the way through though, I was hoping she'd win. I fucking hate Lucien so I'm glad he lost.... Sucks.. agree with your assessment completely. Pretentious Rita! I thought Bidell's stuff would bomb on the runway, but I LOVED his collection. And I have to say that I am glad that the first designer to win Pro-Run-Can was homegrown. Only in that it gives a bit more credence that we can have talent that is influenced and nurtured in Canada. I might be a bit biased in that assessment being that I was born in Sask and moved to Vancouver just like Biddell. Lucien was so arrogant this episode.. ugh. LOVE SOME M.G... MG is definitely not dead!

I hate how on reality shows where they have to be creative in some fashon the contestants can't try out new things without being accused of "not being themselves."

I've never liked that woman, and I dislike her even more now after seeing how she judges!!! I never had any respect for her, and that made it soooo difficult to stand there during judging and hear her go off about stuff that she conjured up in her head!! I respect Iman, so it was fine for me to listen to her critiques,,,, but Rita!!! Good god,, that woman is so incredibly biased,, there was just no way i could have any respect for her or her opinion!! I went to a party tonight thrown by the producers so we could all watch the finale together,,,, Biddell was there and so was Michael and Kendra,,,I chose Biddell to win after seeing the show live, and after seeing it while it aired on the big screen, i have to say i liked it even more!!! I truely think they chose the right winner!!

I also found her being really aggressive and unreasonable with her comments. Like she really seemed quite crazy - actually if she'd been that unhinged through the entire season, I might've loved her. But yeah, after all that, I was really shocked to see Biddell win, but glad for it. Have they ever been as transparent with the process on Project Runway. I loved how they revealed Iman's tie-breaking vote at the end. That said, I did feel badly for Lucien as his collection was really beautifully done, and it seemed like it was his to lose. But they did have a genuine dilemma, and not just manufactured ANTM-style bullshit. Lucien does have the professionalism and drive to really capitalize on the win, Biddell not so much. But Biddell has shedloads of creativity and potentital, and Lucien's being around for so long actually worked against him in the end. And yeah, M-G was just lovely last night. Her collection I thought was pretty good, but the styling was sorta distracting and inconsistent. Everything Iman said last night was soooooo dead on. God, I love her.

As I was watching the final runways, I just felt that Lucien just copied what he had done for the CNTM finale. The dresses, the hats even the model poses had already been done. Not to say the collection wasn't beautiful, he just showed that he couldn't grow as a designer.

Loved you on the show and glad you are here for the commentary. Biddell seemed very driven and passionate, but is he as arrogant as he came across in last nights episode? And I really enjoyed Iman, she is no shrinking violet and I loved that she called out the judges and the designers if she saw or heard something that was b-shit.

Although MG's I thought was the most cohesive. I didn't get where the judges were coming from in their critiques of her collection. It looked like something young hot urban chicks today would do AND it looked like a collection. Biddell's was hot, but his last dress, i thought, had little to do with the rest of it. It was awesome, i just didn't see how it fit. And Lucien... whatever... not my thing. I actually met Biddell saturday night in Victoria.... before I knew he won... and he said he's really excited to work with MG... so maybe the two of them will produce some hot shit together. That would be awesome.

I didn't watch the first one, only caught a couple of episodes and really hated the way they shot the runway, couldn't see the clothes at all. The last one was alright. But Kelly Osborne is pretty lame as a host. I mean she did an alright job, but come on, that's the best they could do??? Seriously how blessed were we to get Iman. Their mentor however was awful. Felt a bit bad for him as no one ever took him seriously and he'd practically be sewing the garments for them. I'd say the talent was also pretty lacking, doesn't seem to be that big a deal over there I guess. But Wayne was undeniably fabulous.

Project Catwalk does sound more like a modeling show to me and Kelly Osborne? She isn't fit to host a show of this caliber. I could see her dragging the whole thing down. I think Heidi and Iman both do an amazing job - why couldn't they get a model to host instead?

Considering he was European and always talking about how he wanted to bring European flair to Canada and he felt Canadian design was boring etc etc this is probably true. That said I'm glad his stupid ass got beaten by a Canadian boy who even used material his family shot. Gotta love it.

You have to realize that he's still pretty young. At his age i was playing the same role, i wanted to be shocking and push buttons,,,get a response from people!! Not sure if i have the correct answers to why Biddell is so Biddell, but thats just my observation. I do think he grew up alot over the filming of the show, and when i watched the final episode, i did think to myself that he was just continuing with his shit disturbing ways at times, but i give him the benefit of the doubt and i think he's just really outgoing and playful. DANNYSTULTZ,,,,,,regarding Carlie,,,,,,that girl is a BLAST,, so much fun to hang out with and so entertaining, sweet and honest!!! Carlie can be quiet at times(when she's focused on work), but when she's just hanging out,,,,that girl is pure fun!!

I guess she was sorta lousy, but was more suitable. Oh a couple more things about Project Catwalk 2 I remembered later (gosh, I guess it was pretty forgettable). They do have an awesome evil welsh troll on the judging panel (Julien MacDonald, but that's neither here nor there). The accent alone is hilarious, and he pisses all over that Bustle guy. Monica personality-wise is one of my favourite alltime contestants, just completely miserable and bitchy. However the most unbelievably annoying thing is that when the panel is judging they stand in front of a lightboard and point at pictures of whatever design they're talking about, so you have no idea what they thought of what, except the winner and bottom two basically. Not sure if they'll have any more of them though. I wonder if Iman's hosting gig was a one-off, or if she'll be back for the next one.
