Congrats Todd...a game very well played and a very deserved win! It was very nice to see someone play the game, admit it, and not get punished for it by a
bitter jury who gives the money to someone who does not deserve it out of spite (Denise...I am ashamed of you!).

Congrats to Todd obviously. He earned it. Great game and good jury performance.
Amanda simply could not get out of her "oh poor me" mode where she was "forced" to vote people out. Yeah, that's going to win people over. Loved how Peih Gee called her out. Courtney did an amazing job of stating her case without any sugarcoating. You have to love a jury performance like that. I wasn't surprised at her eloquence since she's into english lit. |

I thought Courtney's opening statement was one of the best ever.
"Hey, even if you don't like me, you've got to give me some credit for making it to the end when everyone thought I would be gone in the first six days." She didn't try to convince the jury to like her or apologize for her abrasive personality, she just asked for some respect votes for physically managing to endure out there for 39 days. Not a bad strategy. |

Big surprise. The CBS people must have been smoking the good stuff the past couple of weeks, what with the Amanda preview that never happened, the "3
tribal councils" promo, and the incorrect votes.
So Courtney got votes from PG and Denise. Amanda got a vote from Erik. Todd got votes from JR, James, Frosti and Jaime |

Todd's win was well-earned, especially after his masterful performance in front of the jury. He didn't apologize for his game, but he made it clear it was a game, and didn't fall into the trap of suddenly trying to apologize for booting people. But he also got a bit lucky, in that the jury accepted this argument, and weren't a bunch of bitter prima donnas.That's a pretty good summary, TDT. For one the final TC actually made a difference.

Thanks for the links to the articles, James Barber. Todd comes across as a really likeable guy! I am looking forward to laughing my ass off at Miss Alli's
recap. I haven't been reading her stuff this season, but I'll definitely check out the finale recap so I can laugh at her.
