So if the vote was 3-3-3 and Amanda voted for Courtney, who voted for Todd, who voted for Amanda, wouldn't this then be 4-4-4 tie? How does this fix anything?

Read my post directlty above your post for the jury of 7 tie which could have happened yesterday. We will probably never see a jury of 9 again for that very reason. Refresh my memory though: when there was a jury of 9 wasn't there a final 2 instead of a final 3? Was the jury of 9 last season and I'm just THAT forgetful?
