the work machine, never ever turned off. home laptop turned off only when i have to pack it for travelling. no need for standbys either, a simple turn off
monitor after 5 minutes idle time works just fine.
the reason is that most of your PC fuckup issues happen while restarting the OS, so its best to do it minimally. |
