Things need to get a hell of a lot darker in "Volume Three":
-- Mohinder either needs to organize the remaining heroes like a Professor Xaviar, OR just turn flatout the fuck evil. Or else just die. His present role is useless.

-- Nathan needs to stay dead, and it needs to turn Peter into some psycho freak.

-- Niki needs to stay dead and it needs to turn Micah into a little hellion. Monica's storyline, as somebody who might turn 'traditional' superhero, is actually okay, as long as it actually has something to do with the rest of the show.

-- Hiro needs to stop with his cute bullshit and hopping around to different times. There is a lot that should have jaded him by this point. Ando needs to turn evil, just because. Hiro needs no confidantes. Maybe that will wipe that grin off his face, turn up the heat.

-- Elle and Claire need to be set up as more defined nemeses. Claire needs to turn against her dad. Perhaps something he does accidentally kills her mother, her useless brother or, more shockingly, Mr Muggles.

-- Volume Three needs to begin with Claire's boyfriend West meeting Sylar and getting his fucking head cut off. Sylar needs to meet up with some as-of-yet unknown villian who's actually a bigger bad ass than he, and can control Sylar's abilities.

-- Matt and Maya need to shack up; he can probably control her powers by talking psychicly with her. We need to find out what Maya actually does.

-- Mama Petrelli needs to amp up her bitchiness by ten, like be Dynasty-levels of bitch, mixed with some twisted plot to destroy all non-powered humans.

-- More fights, more battles, more at stake. Upfront, first episode, every episode.

-- NO romances until the writers know now to actually do them.
