OK, so wtf about Julia just coming back, is part of the family, and all is forgiven? And Scotty is back to square one
That said, the reaction when Rebecca told about Tommy's infidelity was proof of Rachael Griffith's acting genius. Also, liked that they gave a bit more for Holly to do, this time. Justin still is pretty much wasted air time, imo. And his "angry look" is the same as his "stoned and delusional" look. Sorry. NOT a great actor. |

Agreed that the whole Julia coming back thing is way too easy. It's like the writers didn't know how to solve the problem but needed the third
bridesmaid, so they brought her back and just didn't address it. Sloppy, sloppy writing.
The rest of the episode was good - death threat |

Has it ever been confirmed Rebecca is actually a Walker? Holly's ex-love showing up and looking at the pic of her asking "Who's this?...red
flag!!

That would make Holly more of a twat because she told everyone (including Papa Walker) that Rebecca was his. How Povich-esque.

I thought Holly said she had lied to Papa Walker and old him Rebecca wasn't his child?

She must not have been very convincing, as Rebecca's first initial helped make up the password on his computer. |

I really hope Rebecca is a Walker, and not someone else's daughter. It would really ruin all the greatness of season 1. Plus, she won't really have a
reason to stick around. I doubt her and Justin will be together forever. It looks like theyre waiting for a Justin/Rebecca pairing, but I really hope it
doesn't happen.

I think Rebecca will stay a Walker. This is a tease and a way to confirm once and for all she is one of the family. Speaking of that, I was very pleased with
her scene last night where she told Sarah she kissed Joe to hurt Sarah. This not only cleared up some of the ambiguity of her actions, but also explained why
she would ever want to kiss that man. Sarah's reaction to Rebecca spilling on Tommy's affair ("Our Tommy?") was perfect. I love Rachel
Griffiths.
I also love Matthew Rhys, even though Kevin was spinning his wheels in this episode. Having Scotty throw a minor hissy over Kevin's feelings for Jason is realistic and true to the characters, and I do think this is only a minor bump in the road (Scotty didn't break up with Kevin, as he did several times last season) but I want Kevin to have some happy moments instead of always being in the middle of romantic angst. I will be patient (and if not for Matthew I think a lot of viewers may have written Kevin off some time ago) and hope Kevin can have something else soon besides angsting over his love life. I like Kevin and Scotty, in spite of Scotty's raging insecurities. Kevin and Scotty just look right together, and when they show actually lets them kiss without an elbow being in the way, they light up the room. If they aren't going to stay together, then someone new is fine. I have absolutely no desire to see him back with Jason. That was settled for sure when I saw how Jason's family reacted to Kevin. They were smug, delusional, and deeply unpleasant. Kevin was a fool to expect a warm welcome, but he probably assumed they would be civil. Instead, they truly seemed to believe Jason was victimized by Kevin. Say what you will about the Walkers, but they recognize each other's flaws. Clearly Rob Lowe and Gary Marshall (and in what universe would they be related) think Jason is beyond reproach. That type of family is very, very hard to deal with, they will coddle Jason any time he ever has selfish impulses like treating Kevin as worthless for months, and Kevin is better off being out of their grasp. I'm glad they at least had Kevin and Rob Lowe find some ground at the end. The show did a very good job with Chevy Chase. I can't stand Chevy Chase (old SNL memories die hard), but this was the right character and he played the character well. I also thought the Saul/Holly scene was perfect. They've done right by Holly this season. Sick of Justin. His role on the show as the baby of the family has been played out, as have the Iraq and drug stories, so he's left stranded and the actor, as good as he can be in some circumstances, can't pull off this humdrum quadrangle. I think I am biased based on attraction level. I think Kevin is very attractive, I can put up with some of Tommy's bullshit because I think he's very attractive (and since they keep putting him in fairly tight jeans, apparently wardrobe agrees), but Justin's too skinny for me. I want to see some kind of catfight between Julia and Lena now that we have had a brawl between Tommy and Justin. Calista Flockhart has been superb all through this season. It's hard to believe this is the same actress who sometimes drove me crazy last season. I guess it took a year for me to get over the bad memories of Ally McBeal.

They had really good chemisty together. Our whole group was hoping the would hook up. And did you notice last week how many times Nora said she had
married a Republican? I kept wondering why, then realized last night that here was a possibility of dating ANOTHER Republican. Def. seemed like
foreshadowing.
As for Scotty and Kevin, I agree that it made sense. The problem is that I wish it for once could be two steps forward, one step back. With Kevin, they keep seeming to do one step forward, one step back. He starts everything at exactly the place he started, which worked for about a year, but is really starting to wear my patience. |

I only caught 2 episodes and am hooked - is there any torrents out there that would have all the eppys that I missed? How old is Calista anyone - eating
disorders work for her!

I'm sure it's already been said, but this show sucks this season. |

those.

Did I miss something? What gave cater waiter any indication that Kevin was still hung up on gay minister guy? Just contrived to give those two
something to fight about until eventually get back together in two episodes.

I like the progression of Saul's sexuality too. Perhaps because it's the only thing this show has done slowly. And I wouldn't say just yet that the
guy who plays Justin is not a good actor. We haven't seen what he can do yet 'cause he hasn't been given much. And fuck Jason. Scotty and Kevin
need to be together. Though I totally agree Scotty got mad at Kevin at the wedding for no good reason. Where did that hot soap actor guy he was dating go to
anyway? And now I hate Julia. I hope Tommy tells her the death of baby William was ALL her fault. I totally hate that bitch now. Leena may not deserve Tommy
but neither does she.
Does anyone else think Robert is a little too 'perfect' and thus not 'real' enough? |

He cant take being at a wedding? He left because Nora wasn't the same hippie he used to know and love. |
