I have a house in Orange County, Cal, and NOBODY's house has a basement.

Adam's secret is out but Katherine's secret isn't | ||

There was no time for it tonight but some people are thinking that the secret of adam and sylvia is what katherine has been hiding. In my opinion Katherine
killed her first husband and somehow brainwashed her daughter into forgetting about him.

Yeah, Adams little indiscretion doesn't quite explain what's up with the Stepford daughter.
In the sort of neighborhood that Wysteria Lane is in, where the houses look like they were probably all put in at the same time and are very similar, it seems like they would either all have basements, or none would. And no way in hell would Bree not have a key for that bathroom door. |

Right cindi... remember when Bree opened her key cabinet to get into Katherine's house? LOL

Bree has a key to Katherine's but not her own bathroom! |

Those were all keys for the neighbor's houses though, not for her own. OP was correct though, no way in hell does Bree not have a key for that lock.

I think Marc Cherry is afraid of receiving the backlash that he did after he killed off one of the show's main characters. He's such a p*ssy sometimes. He's too concerned about what the viewers think. He's always trying to please everyone, but that is NOT possible. If he really wants to please EVERYONE, he'd kill that sonofab*tch Mike off! Please! Does he NOT see that he and Susan have NO chemistry whatsoever! F*ck! I miss Karl so much! Now HE and Susan had chemistry! I actually enjoyed Susan's screentime when Karl was around. THEY had sparks! They were fun to watch. Karl was bad ass with or without Susan. Anywho! I was impressed with this episode but Bang was def. better. Though, this episode did have great potential to exceed last year's big Bang episode. The beginning was fantastic. And Bree....looked very BREE once again! She hasn't looked so Bree since season 2! Her hair, make up, clothing...even her demeanor! Classic season 2 Bree. That put a smile on my face. I also enjoyed the end when Kat & Bree seemed to genuinely form a bond. That scene when she extended her hand to Kat reminded me of the episode when Bree & Betty had a lil' conversation of what happened back in Chicago and Betty came clean to her. But seriously, WTF was Liz Lemon doing in Wisteria Lane!?!? WTF happened to all the gays? Bob, Lee...Andrew??? Why wasn't he even mentioned in this episode? Geez, Bree. Way to win mother of the year! Susan & Mike...ugh. If Marc insists on keeping this poor excuse of a character on the show he could at least reduce his screen time to a minimum? Ugh!! Even with the shakes he bored the sh*t out of me! Why does Susan stay with him? What does she see in him? I don't f*cking get it! She should get back with Karl. That would make ME happy. Where were Julie, Dylan and the other teenagers? Again, Andrew? Hmm...Lynette & the gang. It was arite. I was kinda thinking that Tom was going to get sucked into the tornado. I would've missed him cuz he's so pretty. Glad he's not gone. I too really disliked Lynette for wanting to kick the cat out. But then again, its true to character. Lynette is...Lynette. No big surprise. Her scream at the end didn't seem as dramatic as they portrayed it to be in the promos. :-/ Carlos, Gabby, Victor...that would've been a great storyline to see play out over the rest of the season. That was just too easy to get rid of him that way. Great way to die, though. :) I hope Carlos wasn't killed. I wonder if he's the "dear friend" that Mary Alice aforementioned in the opening. I sure hope not. She mentioned 1 husband and a dear friend. Victor was the husband...Carlos was the dear friend? Guess we'll have to wait until Sept. 08 to find out what happens next. Me sad. :::ETA::: Maybe its just me, but this episode didn't seem as epic as it could've been. And why didn't it rain?

I'm thinking Victor was the husband and Ida's cat was the friend who died.

you don't get an allergic reation to a cat just form being in the room where one is temporarily hanging out. You have to be in it's domicile where it has been regularly shedding dander. Actually, I do. Just being near a cat crossing the street can make me go nuts with allergies. |

This episode felt like an episode from season 2 (and we all know how erratic that season was!) It had some good moments (Gabby/Edie, Bree/Katherine stuff) but
overall it lacked a cohesive flow. Nice to see Mrs. McCluskey and Ida back though. I guess the gays have officially moved out of the neighborhood then?
Please tell me there's at least one more episode remaining. We can't end this wonderful season on a whimper like this. |

I LMAO when the gays fountain was taken out.
and on the basement thing. I freaking LIVE in tornado alley (in fact, we just had one here two years ago) and NO houses have basements here. It's possible to have one, but VERY expensive since you practically have to blast one out. We live on a nice bed of limestone. ;) good episode. Nice to see nasty Victor take one right in the chest. and yes, i have a family member who is INCREDIBLY allergic to cats. He can't be near them, AT ALL. |

What a total let down.
First of all, I agree with what SuitSnob has said about cat allergies. Tom is a total puss. The cat was in a crate, not walking around allowing its dander to float around. The allergic reaction was ridiculous and Lynette was a bitch for putting the poor cat out. The whole scenario was dumb. Secondly, what the hell happened to the gays??? Is this 2 or 3 weeks we haven't seen them? I like them more than certain other "regulars" *coughMikecoughSusan*. Third, I agree that Victor's death was Fourth, why couldn't Susan have been seriously maimed (if not killed) by the ridiculous argument on the stairs. Thereby, sending Mike into a psychotic breakdown wherein he wanders in the tornados path and HE was the one sucked up like the crazy stalker lady? There was one thing I liked in the whole mess of a show last night and that was the scenes between Gaby and Edie. This season started out with so much promise and this is what we're left with??? |

quite well as a season finale. Up there with Jean-Luc Picard as Locutus.

the script susan got was for hydrocodone. which is vicodin.
they would never prescribe that for a basic injury. my cousin broke her arm when she was pregnant and all she got was regular tylenol. everything else that happened in the episode was totally believeable. except for that. :} |
