My guess is it will be the WORST team. You know who I mean.

Which team will be saved by the non-elimination/"extended leg" farce this time?

There aren't any non-eliminations this year - presumably there'll just be a double leg, which doesn't mean much.
Even if there were, I'd like to think they'd keep things fresh by not having an NEL in Episode 5 since they've done that the past 2 seasons (and 4 of the past 5! TAR9-ownage for not being as predictable). |

If they can keep some of the less common teams in the race, NELs are great. When they leave them all to the second half, they tend just to save boring but
strong teams like JVJ, David/Jeff, Brandon/Nicole, Ron/Kelly etc. If they keep Ron/Christina and Nick/Don around an extra episode, yay for NELs.

You watch an episode, and nobody gets eliminated. Same fucking thingit's not the same because then you get to say, "Oh Goody, next week is KILLER FATIGUE week!" |

then you get to say, "Oh Goody, next week is KILLER FATIGUE week!"Or normally "ugh, a really boring episode that was much worse than the one before it" - second parters always suck. And it's a lot more predictable than an actual NEL, which you couldn't always predict. |

speaking on NEL's, does the teams know that there aren't any? The clues continue to say that "the last team MAY be
eliminated."

In an interview Bertand Van Muenster said there wasn't any non-elims, so yes, I do think they know that already.

Yeah, but there's 8 eliminations and 11 episodes, which means there'll be two points in the race where a team survives into the next episode/hour of
episode.

Or normally "ugh, a really boring episode that was much worse than the one before it" - second parters always suck.Wasn't TAR 6 Budapest a part-2 ? The one with Lori/Bolo drinking pig's blood at the FF, the wonderfully spicy hungarian stew and Our Favorite Greeter ? |

didn't Phil say at the starting line, "there are 11 legs in this race, 8 of which are elimination points so you need to...",
so the two part legs count as 2 legs I guess And you're right they are way easier to predict cause it'll be :55 after and no teams have checked in yet :-\ Hmmm I wonder... Maybe football delays will get my brain confused and i won't realize what time it is. |

if you got rid of them we would only get 9 episodes of TAR.. if they can't increase the amount of teams to 14.. then i don't mind them.. you get to
know the teams more in the extra episodes anyway

Double legs are better than NELs because there's no bullshit penalties.
