That's bullshit, Bart, and you know it. Look at the score. They played their guts out. Granted it's easier to play when you've got nothing to lose, but they didn't lay down like a lot of teams we've faced.

As far as the blueprint goes, everyone said that after the Cowboys almost lost to the Bills, but they've been extremely successful ever since. It's not only the Eagles that played the game out there, the Patriots played, too. There were many things the Eagles did right, many things the Pats did wrong. On any given Sunday, anything can happen. That's why I've hated all this talk about an undefeated season. It's ridiculous to talk about it until after it happens. There are so many things that can change.

Another team can try to do the same thing the Eagles did to the Pats, but that doesn't mean it will have the same outcome. The Pats can react differently, they can execute better. Also, this other team will have different personnel than the Eagles.

I'm glad we're hitting bumps in the road, because I'd hate it if our first adversity was in the playoffs.
