I thought I had heard him say "I guess I should bring it with me this time" early in the episode, but I don't know if he did. People seem to be saying he didn't bring it,I remember him actually saying he was going to bring both of them from now on. But I wasn't pay attention to any shots of what he was carrying on the way to tribal council. |

The thing with the red buffs is irrelevant. Thursday is a recrap episode due to Thanksgiving.
As far as eaters eating their own, I can't see Denise voting for James so it would be Courtney/Todd voting for James and James/Denise voting for Courtney or Todd unless everyone gets to vote. |

I thought James was 6th?
Erik should go next but he did not eat so that would not fit with "those that did not eat vote off one of the others". Maybe Jeffy Boy says that the HII are no longer usable so if anyone has them, give them up, or something like that. I LOVE James, but the look on his face would be priceless, especially after his comments on the Insider this week. Anyway, it better be good after all two weeks of waiting and all this speculation. |

Why is everyone stuck on this "the eaters have to vote one of themselves out?" I don't think we have any evidence, but a lot of people are
talking about that as if it is fact. I'd say there is like a .5% chance that they will have to vote someone else out. They need people to be in the last
few episodes, lol.
I like the idea that someone had about Jeff trying to find out who stole the magic marker. LOL! |

Wouldn't you think that if this whole eating thing is true, Jeff would have given some sort of warnings? I mean he did that on the first IIC.
If that is the case, then the chance of James going is still 1/3, IMO. Case 1: All vote for only those who ate: Courtney goes 4-2, doesn't matter who Courtney votes for Case 2: Those who ate vote among themselves: Courtney goes 3-1, or a 2-2 tie Case 3: Those who didn't eat vote for only those who did: James goes 2-1 All spec, of course. But if there is no time to plan and with all those Courtney or Frosti talks last episode, this is what I see likely to happen. |

In the preview for the next episode, which everyone had been talking about Todd and James wearing red buffs and less facial hair, there is a shot of Todd
wearing the same clothes he has on at the last Tribal Council and he has a lot of facial hair. It looks like it's the next day, or morning after the last
TC, and if you freeze frame it James is sitting there with him as well as Amanda. Survivorfever has the promo images.
They are wearing merged buff, so this is either that TC day or the day after. I'd assume day after since this shot wasn't in the last episode. Thus James doesn't get voted out the same night but probably will later at the end of the episode.

Re: this clip. I posted about this and to me it is evidence that they lose their shelter or have to move camps. JP tells them they have to be able to
adapt--this fits in more with how they are living vs. just voting someone else off.

Special treatment for the non-eaters isn't a good fit with Jeff's comments or the previews that show James, and would be a cheesy way to lose a
player.

If the eaters were forced to go back to live at the abandoned camp, or to some remote area for a day or two, that would at least explain why the previews show
Amanda strategizing with Peih Ghee. Probably more of a "those guys were so cocky for eating at the challenge, we should totally vote them out" type
of conversation that happens amongst the losers of every challenge, when in the end nothing really comes of it.

If it had anything to do with eating/not eating, they would have played up that challenge in the recrap.
I know I was thinking along those lines a week ago, but by now I wouldn't even remember the eating/not eating thing if we weren't still talking about it in here. |

You're reading too much into it. The episode titled "Just don't eat the apple."
When James says this, he's saying, don't flop. It's tempting to turn on your alliance and vote with Peih-Gee, Erik and Frosti, but just be happy with the alliance you have. So the follow-up title: "Ready to Bite the Apple." Suggests that someone succomes to temptation and flips. But they didn't EAT the apple. They bit into the apple, meaning maybe they just suggest flopping. This obviously refers to Amanda talking to Peih-Gee about flipping. |

is really stupid.
